Many people follow a plant-based diet while still eating some meat or dairy on occasion.</p><p>5. <strong>It’s bland and boring</strong>: There’s a misconception that plant-based meals are flavorless, but with the right seasonings and cooking techniques, plant-based foods can be incredibly flavorful and diverse.</p>]]></description>

Iron from plants (non-heme iron) is absorbed better when paired with vitamin C-rich foods.</p>]]></description>
