Il faut utiliser des mesures alternatives pour rendre la participation des femmes reelles. ex: separer les genres, faire de entretiens personnels avec elles afin de collecter des idees et avoir des resultats sur le projet. Sans ca on est bloque par le fait que les femmes parlent peu, le changement est lent vers leur prise de parole systematique

On outcome 5 - FPP is pretty flexible, but should we include more explicitly flexible leave policies (e.g. post-maternity leave)?

Often notice that in staff sharings, it is my perception that men hold the floor a bit more than women (within FPP), do women not always volunteer themselves to speak? do men step more quickly into silences? Feels like there are more speaking minutes by men in the organisation in the all-staff context. Not suggesting it is monitored, but is this something to be considered?

All communities I work with know who their elders are. Never needed definition, is already clear to communications

indicateur concernant les rapports et etudes pour identifier les violations aux droits de l'homme: est-ce que ce serait utile d'avoir une dimension du genre dans cet indicateur. Impact specifique pour les femmes et les jeunes dans ce contexte
participation au processus legislatif: comment on considere si la participation est directe ou non? Si les partenaires ont ete en contact directement avec les decideurs, on peut savoir facilement qui a ete implique (femmes ou jeunes), mais si les participations sont plutot indirectes (lettres ecrites, publication ouvertes) dans ce cas ca peut etre les partenaires qui donnent leurs recommendations a partager avec les institution ou des ONG font le lien, et dans ce cas on ne sait pas qui a ete implique dans le processus

There is nothing on monitoring where partners and/or staff have concerns around sexual exploitation/abuse (this could be a safeguarding issue as well as if being perpetrated by business/military or others)
