Mining experience: we went to the immersive room to learn the culture and history of Barnsley and its rich coal mining history. We did this in the new college immersive room and it will help me remember the best of where I live and help on my skills of learning when I go onto higher education.

Food culture week: This lesson was focused around learning what cultures eat and how they eat too. We blind taste tested many different foods from around the world

treasure hunt: we did a treasure hunt around Barnsley to learn different landmarks and the importance of knowing the history of where im from.

we did a sustainability week where we learned about carbon impacts around thew world and being educated on how to improve carbon footprints and then at the end of the day we did pledges sending them to be ways we can improve at home our carbon footprint to make where we live better in the future.

on communication we played Pictornary to learn how to communicate in different ways and also enhanced skills with others and better my communication to others by learning other ways too.

In problem solving we also did Pictionary since we had to guess images people drew and had to solve the image from people not being as good at drawing
