The growing problem with childhood obesity can be slowed, if we as a society focus on the causes. There are many elements that play into childhood obesity, some being more crucial than others. The most important being, the parents supervising healthy food choices and encouraging exercising regularly. If parents enforce a healthy lifestyle many children obesities cases could be avoided. Focusing on these causes may, over time, decrease childhood obesity and lead to a healthier society as a whole.
