         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first commandment is easily the most violated commandment. Between the cyber bullying and scamming that happens on a consistent basis, this is the most clear cut violation of the computer commandments. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These violations occur because there is no punishments for committing internet crimes. People hide behind keyboards thousands of miles away harassing others knowing they can get away with it. We as a society need stronger laws to make sure these violations can no longer occur. </div>]]></description>
