1) Use the "School Finder" tool at the link above to access your possible schools of choice. You can search for your schools of choice based on proximity (distance) or domain of your choice. Do ensure that the "Direct School Admission" tab (DSA) is checked (ticked).

2) Based on the domain of your choice, please write down your name, your three preferred choices of schools and the domains in which your choices fall under.

Note: You are allowed to have a maximum of two domain choices for the same school.

3) If your choices involve different domains, do label them accordingly under the correct tabs.

An example has been shown for you under the "Sport & Games" and "Languages & Humanities" Tab.
