Hugh-  I set my privacy settings to a standard level, with my posts only going out to friends, and information only available for them. I feel that as long as I know all the friends I have, there is no risk of information being taken. Since my account reveals little about my inside life, I feel safe from any online attack. I do, however restrict my range of social media, which I feel that, together, could give a more expansive view of my true self.

Sia- I have many privacy settings，but I don' t have social media accounts. Personally, I choose these setting can protect myself in a way. For example, when I use Wechat or Facebook to show some pictures, somebody may take picture, and draw something funny in the picture. So I need to use privacy setting at that time. I don' t think the accounts are secure，because I think someone can crack my information.

Kelly- Like Aisha, I keep my real name on my accounts. I don't post anything personal though.I believe I feel secure about it, it tells who I am.

Tommy- I set my privacy settings to a standard level, with my posts going out only to a controlled audience and my information only available to friends. I feel that as long as my information is restricted in this way, threats/dangers are limited.

Milada- I have maximum
security on my personal privacy settings...I don't have any social media accounts. For me, I chose this option because I feel like I am unsure about how to project myself on the internet (my digital footprint), I am not completely sure about who I am; what makes me me, or, it might be because my parents don't allow me... I feel that this way, I feel very secure about representation of myself on the internet. Otherwise, if I need to use social media for project (i.e. the blog), I don't use my name or anything that could specifically identify who I am.
