Also, if the board members receives less than $600, they don't need to file a 1099 for them. If this is a new initiative this chapter is going to try, I don't know that they would have sufficient information/data/knowledge to answer this question. Have we developed a timeline for the distribution of funds for these awards? What steps do the chapters need to complete before they receive their funds? 

2. Have we planned to follow-up with each award recipient to ensure that they are using the funds for their intended purpose? What would we do if we found that a chapter was not using the funds as intended? 

3. How do we plan to measure the success of these awards/this program? Will we ask the award recipients to report back on the outcomes of their initiatives and whether or not the board plans to continue once the funds run out? And if not, why?
