    Mientras se encontraba de guardia con la 43.21, concretamente en El Portillo, a 1980 metros de altitud, nos comentaba los puntos importantes a la hora de trabajar como teleoperador. Destacó las preguntas más relevantes a la hora de recepcionar una llamada que son: 
    • Motivo de la llamada.
    • Tipo de incidente.
    • Localización exacta.
    • Datos personales del alertante.
    Antes de finalizar la sesión pudimos hacerle algunas preguntas, algunas como curiosidad, y otras que nos sirvieron para terminar de ensamblar el guion del caso.
