The class thus far has been mostly class discussion around cases. What has made this work very well in my opinion is that we are able to hear many different perspectives on certain situations.

The most engaging part of this class has been the level of conversation about varying perspectives and ideas about potential solutions or criticisms about real world situations. This helps to ground the conversation and promote creative thought.

I really love this class, the discussion-heavy style, your approach to teaching (Dr. A), and the diverse perspective of my peers!

Some of the cases have been harder to understand in comparison to others, so an explanation of the more business-centric topics could be helpful. Sometimes in group discussions, one perspective will dominate or people will interrupt others to get their point out.

To be honest some of these case studies feel very redundant in their writing. I feel as though multiple sections repeat the same sentiment or provide little relevant information. More concise case studies would be great.

When we talked about the Colorado schools case, Frederik made a really insightful comment that definitely shifted my perspective on the case and the importance of the organization when I was feeling skeptical.

The longer case studies tend to be more difficult to grasp and are somewhat redundant. It would be helpful if there was a central theme point or probing questions that we could guide our reading.

I'm worried about what the assignments are going to look like considering we haven't had much to be graded on yet.

When Prof Seeskin suggested that they completely change the model to be not caps at all in the Caring Caps, this challenged my perspective of what potential solutions or business pivots could be.

I don't have a specific example but Charity usually brings up the public health perspective on these more business-focused cases and it always helps me readjust my focus on what's important.

This class is a great way to end the day with dyanmic discussion and critical reflection. I am curious what the midterms and writing assignments will look like, and I hope that they will allow us the same creativity that the rest of the course has.
