After that, there is the evidence to show how you came to this claim and the research and data you collected through this research. Lastly, there is Reason where you use the evidence to create scientific facts that make the claim and reason.

For example: Plants provide food and nutrients to animals in order to let the animals grow. The animals' waste can be used and broken down by the decomposers as they go under the process of decay or decomposition. The substances that the decomposers create can be carbon dioxide, water, and nutrients that plants can use in order for the plants to grow and the process starts all over again. In conclusion, when all three groups interact with one another, it can always affect each other's growth.

Plants, animals and decomposers depend on each other in many different ways. Some examples are:
- in a food chain producers are consumed by herbivores, then herbivores are later consumed by carnivores. When these animals leave dead plants or animals, decomposers are used to decompose dead animals or plants to turn into simple substances that can help the environment. One form of this is nurturing soil with one of the substances decomposers produce which is nutrients.
- in a food chain the first one to be eaten are the producers. Without producers plant eaters like grasshoppers wouldn't be able to eat anything and later on become extinct. This is bad because some animals like birds frequently feed on grasshoppers.

Plants, animals and decomposers depend on each other because if they don’t, then life would probably be non existent.
Plants are important here because they are producers, because they get their energy from the sun, and make their own food through photosynthesis. By getting energy from the sun, if a herbivore or omnivore eats them, the energy gets transferred to it. Next, since the energy got transferred to the herbivore/omnivore a carnivore will eat the herbivore, which means the energy then gets passed on to the carnivore. After the organism dies, decomposers eat their waste and break them down, then the waste turns into nutrients, which help plants grow. Then the whole cycle repeats! An example of this cycle is: Grass (producer) - deer (herbivore, consumer) - tiger (carnivore, consumer) - mushroom (decomposer)
Plants need decomposers for nutrients, herbivores/omnivores need plants for food, carnivores/omnivores need herbivores for food and lastly decomposers need dead organisms for food.

Drainage pipe nets were invented in Australia Kwinana, and it is a very simple and effective method of preventing water pollution. nets are placed around storm water drainage pipes and traps all the trash, before it makes it to the city's waterways. once the nets are full, all the trash is taken to a waste management facility, and are separated by recyclable and non-recyclable. Within the first 3 months of this invention, it has caught 815 pounds of garbage. This is a great and very simple solution that very effectively solves pollution, and is great for the ocean, as 40% of plastic and waste occupies the surface of oceans across the world, making it really bad for the ocean and the marine life around it, as marine creatures are killed or get severely injured by accidentally consuming all the trash, or getting stuck in it. for example, whales consume food by sucking in all the water around it, which make trash accumulating in the oceans surface a major threat to whales when they want a snack.

The Living Chandelier is environment friendly because it is made out of algae leaves. The leaves gather carbon dioxide and let out oxygen which freshens the air around that area. This is beneficial to society because it helps reduce the amount of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide and methane) -which causes the temperatures of the earth to increase and helps cause climate change- in the future.

Resource: https://www.theoxygenproject.com/post/top-15-inventions-that-could-save-the-planet-today/

Clothing. Simple yet complicated, breathable and warm. Cloth and material, though not electronic in any way, is still a huge invention that scientists and engineers had a part in making.

Sweatpants can be warm, while tank tops may be cool and breathable. Despite them both being fabrics, the two clothing examples may be quite different from each other! This is because of the materials and fabric used, as well as the overall design of the actual peice of clothing!

You might also notice that people’s clothing may change depending on the place they are in, not just the weather!! If it is naturally hot, like the Philippines, then they are usually wearing tank tops and shorts. But when it is naturally cold, like Canada, then they can be found wearing sweaters, and drinking hot cocoa!

Scientists and engineers found a problem: People need clothes that can help them cool down during warm weather, and clothes that can help them warm up during colt weather. They set their mind to fixing this problem, and now, people have clothing for every situation - rainy, sunny, cloudy, snowy, cold, hot, and more!

Too much carbon dioxide circulating in the air can cause global warming. The Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is a new technology in the market that can capture and allow the separation of carbon dioxide from gasses produced in electricity generation and industrial processes. pre-combustion capture, post-combustion capture and oxyfuel combustion are the three ways that the separation of carbon dioxide and gasses can occur. The CO2 is then carried by a pipe line and is stored in rock formations deep under ground.

This new innovation has the ability to help overcome one of the most dangerous factors in today's environmental struggles.

How do we lessen air pollution? Well, there is a device that does that and it is called the Carbon Capture and Storage System. What this process does is that the carbon capture separates the carbon dioxide from other gases that are produced by big power plants, steel mills, and other places. After the CO2 is separated, it is then stored safely. But you may ask, where will they put this CO2? Well this system takes care of it by injecting that stored CO2 in rock formations deep underground and it is completely safe. They have been doing this for 45 years! So maybe this can end global warming since this helps in reducing the greenhouse emissions of the worst industrial process facilities.

These vehicles are 3-4 times more efficient than gasoline vehicles. EV's {electric vehicles} reduce the need to import oil and this also saves the additional energy for transporting fuel. Ev's also have better vehicle performance, and lower operational and maintenance costs.
I chose this also because our family manufactures Electric tricycles.
