I thought 4 was unfair because kids that are different should still have a chance to live. My class last year worked with the special needs class and I love those kids. My teacher always said this, "These kids are not disabled. They just have different abilities that we don't have." I think it is so true. I thought 1 was fair because if someone needs to go to court, they should. This is a common problem today when people don't want to get fined or put into jail.

I thought tables 4,5, and 10 were the most unfair because, first of all if a child is deformed it should NOT be put to death, the child couldn't control that, so they should not pay the price. Table 5 is unfair for obvious reasons, women are not property and when they are adults they do not need a guardian. Table 10 is also unfair because they shouldn't have to hold in their pain, because that is never a good idea, and could boil over in the form of anger, and they could lash out.
In the case of things being fair, I think 1 and 3 are the most fair because of if you were called to court, you are supposed to be there for a reason, you should probably be there. And for 3 if you have debt, pay it, and if you can't then the state will make you pay it one way or another (even though slavery is NOT OKAY.)

You were doing what your instincts tell you. But if you purposely set a home ablaze, I do think you should be punished. I also think that XII is fair. If a slave is to steal something, they should be punished not the "Master". As they have no control over that persons mind. I think IV is unfair, as those children should get a life to live. They could even help with their parents cook, or help make wine! And not just punished to death. I also think XI is unfair. You should be able to love who you want without worrying about wealth.❤

I believe that number three is most reasonable because if someone who either didn't pay their debt or judgement has been pronounced in court the person at fault has a 30 day grace period where they can relax before being prosecuted. and there is another good answer in this table. If while in court the debtor doesn't satisfied with the judgment (or know one in the court offers himself as a surety on his behalf) the Creditor can take the debtor and bind him in the stocks or fetters with a weight of no less than 15 lbs or more if he desires it, and after 60 days in custody the case will result in enslavement or death. I think this is a good law because it is reasonable because it give rightful punishment to the debtor for the crimes he did. This is why I think tablet number three is most reasonable.

I think table 1 is the most fair because it is a modern day law and it would make sense that you would be forced to go to court if you didn't show up. And I think table 4 is the least fair because it doesn't matter how a child looks even if they cant do all the things a normal person can do. And any child could grow up and become a good king or leader.

I think the first tablet is fair because when you are called to court it's probably for a good reason and when you don't go to court it can show your guilty and you're running away from it. Also, I think the most unfair is that all deformed children should be put to death because, say you're a brand new mother of your first born. But it has a physical or mental defect. Your child has to be put to death and for a new mother or even for a brother or sister it's devastating to lose a family member. That child didn't do anything wrong!
