In the audit carried out in the slaughter plant of the municipality of San Jose del Guaviare, according to ISO 14001 of 2015, we found a series of inconsistencies in the plant that does not comply with the standard, when carrying out the audit the company of slaughter does not have an environmental management plan, does not have an adequate enclosure, does not have a handling of adequate discharges according to resolution 631 of 2015 2 "By which the parameters and the maximum permissible limit values ​​are established in the vertimientos specific to superficial water bodies and public sewage systems and other provisions are dictated ".

The slaughter part was also revised, which revealed inconsistencies in each of the processes that take place at the plant for the carcass meat process for distribution, which does not comply with all the parameters required by resolution 240 of 2013 of Title II, which must meet the conditions of infrastructure and operation within the plant taking into account the following standards;

Based on the information provided and during the route at the animal slaughtering plant we could observe weaknesses in the structures, deterioration could be observed in the columns, it was observed that an adaptation was being made for the extension of the slaughter area, it was also evident that the ambaldocinado in some parts has cracks, which is not in optimal conditions for the activities carried out in the plant.
