Our focus on Radical Candor has really pushed me to be more mindful of the ways in which I can lean in to offer suggestions and make my engagements stronger. It has also helped with my ability to push the thinking of partners.

I haven't really participated in the development time with Sparks, but I try to keep my professional goals uniform across different projects, and add growth areas as needed. I have done A LOT of learning this year, and I feel like I've moved to a new place in my work, which is exactly where I was hoping to be at the end of this fiscal year.

I think collectively we have all learned more about innovative models across the country (MLC, CHIME, LbD, BroSis) and now we have a database so we won't have to say where do we go that one time, did we like or not - I am excited how this will streamline our work and I am eager for us to continue to learn more

We have already started on this journey, but leveraging Asana or other project management tools to support in the oversight and delegation of tasks.

I don't think we need to create new things. I think maybe leveraging what we have and adding to it, rather than reinventing the wheel could be a nice way to experiment with what is possible. Personally, I find that I do my best learning while I have protected time to work on a challenging project, and the space to make my own process.
