         <description><![CDATA[<p>Primary care helps the child to bond with the educators in the childcare. The primary Caregiving approach provides a foundation for healthy, secure relationships and nurtures the individual strengths, areas that require strengthening, and development of each child. Infants and toddlers will have trust in educators.</p><p><br/></p><p>Caregivers' home-based involvement has been considered to be critically important because it often facilitates children's learning through practice, instruction, scaffolding, and the provision of cognitively stimulating environments.</p><p>(Davidson, 2018)</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A baby develops trust as her primary caregiver learns to respond appropriately to her unique temperament, her needs, and her interests by being the one who almost always diapers her, feeds her, puts her to sleep, and communicates with her family.</p><p>(Home Child Development Council)</p><p><br/></p><p>Primary caregiving allows for quicker, smoother, and more efficient communication between an ECE service and parents.  This enables prompt and appropriate responses to a child’s needs resulting in better experiences and developmental outcomes for the child.</p><p>(Davidson, 018)</p>]]></description>
