- Belief 1: According to Catholics, the bread and wine turn into the real flesh and blood of Jesus. 
- Belief 2: A few Christians hold that the Holy Communion represents or recalls the Last Supper. The death of Jesus is symbolised through the bread and wine.
- Belief 3: According to Orthodox Christians, the bread and wine have a spiritual presence of Jesus.

- Serve guests with respect and love.

Shaivism: 
- The path for Shaivism is divided into four progressive stages of belief and practice called charya, kriya, yoga and jnana. 
- The soul will evolve through karma, reincarnation, temple worship, and internal worship through yoga. Union with the god Shiva can improve the soul's maturity in the state of Jnana (wisdom). 
Vaishnavism: 
- Most of the Vaishnavism think that through devetional discipline, they can communicate and receive grace from their gods through the sight of their icons. 
- This also includes chanting the holy names which includes Vishnu Incarnations, mostly being Rama and Krishna. 
Shaktism: 
-Shaktism emphasises God's power and embraces opposites, like male-female, , pleasure-pain, cause-effect, things like that. 
- The spritual practices are very similar to Shaivism, but there is another path for some people but not all are suitable. 
Smartism: 
- Smartism believes moksha (cycle of life and death) is achieved through mostly jnana yoga, which is intellectual and meditative.
- They can choose three paths of yoga to focus on, bhakti yoga, karma yoga, and raja yoga which Smartism claim can also lead to enlightenment.

These actions may include small things like helping someone up or giving your seat up in a public bus, or maybe donating to charity. Then, another importance was emphasised, being the importance of the sanctity (importance) of human life, the concept of saving lives.
