Emily has been fantastic working with our toddlers! We are very sad to see it end. Emily is super kind and patient with the kids has so much natural instinct and knowledge when it comes to working with children. Emily has been inspiring to others in the center to have a positive attitude. She has done amazing work with the toddlers inspiring them to read and enjoy books. She never missed an opportunity to talk with the toddlers and expand their vocabulary. Having Emily was such a blessing to our toddler room and most importantly to the little learners that she worked with everyday!

Naomis has been exceptional because of their consistency in providing effective interventions and reading sessions. They have been able to build a rapport with students and thus create a space not only for learning to decode fluently and accurately but also to feel safe, listened and welcomed. By having lots of books around their work space, they have influenced kids to be respectful scholars and curious to explore and have the confidence to enjoy different topics in different kinds of books.

Ms. Shayla is incredible! She has such amazing relationships with each child in our classroom! She comes into our classroom with a smile, ready to engage, and ready to meet every kid where they are at! Her math data speaks for herself. She helped the children move from 7% proficient at the beginning of the year to 60% proficient along with many other gains. We LOVE Ms. Shayla!

Keona is a gentle leader, though she doesn't realize it. That's how good she is. She's empathetic and intentional with the kids and they all feel safe in her presence. She's responsible and careful to get everything done- she takes her end of any deal seriously and is reliable as a result. When the rest of us run out of ideas, Keona is the person who can make something work with a child. She has been the most effective tutor I've worked with, and our students have grown in more ways than I can count. She is skillful with adults, kids and animals and we have been so blessed to have her in our class this year.

Corey has been great at building relationships with all students - the kids all love Corey! Some of the students Corey worked with at the start of the school year are now above grade level and are starting to learn how to read. Our students would not have had nearly as much growth without the support.

Ms. Nancy is a ROCKSTAR!

She does so well with building relationships with all students, including the ones who are not in need of her extra support. She goes above and beyond, and I do not know what I would do without all her help!

The progress we have made this year is phenomenal and I am so grateful to have her in our classroom. The kids miss her every day she isn’t here and even at the end of the year, ask every Friday if Ms. Nancy is coming! She is such a wonderful addition to our school environment.
