The lightning is off. The backdrop is off. The various skin tones and highlights are missing.
In addition to the editing and poor lighting, there are also additional problems like the model's expressions, which have an absence of joy and their clothing which is all black.

There is a lot to deconstruct in the cover, the framing, the deliberate darkening in post productio, the dead expressions and the absence of happiness says a lot about how white fashion institutions view black women, the artistic choice to put them all in black despite vivid colours probably working best for this particular group of skin tones.

Even some people can assure that there is nobody moving around looking like this.

The lighting is so obscure to the point that they are almost indistinguishable on a cover that is meant to celebrate their individuality. Their all black clothes is giving a funeral air.

Many of these women wear their natural hair normally and it would have been great to see that reflected on a cover celebrating African beauty. When Ruth talked about art as prayer I felt peace and comfort. I felt jiy that boosted a good mood to me.
I had a feeling of creativity and inspiration. This encouraged me.
Spiritually I believed that it is not about steps or stages on the way of perfection, it's about movements from the mind to the heart through prayer  in its many forms that reunite us with God, each other and our truest selves.

The difference between responsibility and response ability is that response ability means that we can respond or answer. Responsibility is used to indicate that the work which is assigned to us and we are responsible to do it.
Responsibility is the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone, it is the state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something.
It is the opportunity or ability to act independently and make decisions without authorization.
Response ability is the ability to choose our response to any circumstance or condition. It's the ability to respond rather than to act. It refers to how you react, deal or respond to what takes place.

Costume design is a way of telling stories because it got the ability to set the stage before the actors have even began to talk, by situating a viewer in time and place. It tells us how an actor is before he/she performs by what is being wore.

Ruth says that through her designs she has connected to her voice, I am hoping to connect with my voice by making it more powerful by keeping it up, modify my accent, getting rid of nasality and open up.
I can connect with my voice by knowing that it is actually about me where variety is the key.

The movie inspired me because it showed me how much I should be patient to what is good to me. It reflects on how to design for people as there come generations by generation, it shows how to view people to be able to design for them in responding to their characters and how they are.

The dark hue of their skin is near indecipherable from the space behind them. The cover can be as an emblem of diversity and inclusion. Everyone of these brilliant models is of African descent, the rise of African representation in modelling is not only about symbolism, nor even simple beauty standards. It is about the elevation of a continent.

However, considerable backlash ensued online. Not from racists but from those who believe the fashion world often celebrates blackness in terms of extremes. The model's natural hair is covered with straight haired wigs and their natural complexions are significantly darkened. This image reproduce European colonial, these are objects not people.

This is empowering and is an evidence of exotification and commodification. Though I am proud of the global rise of African models, the cover fell short, there's nobody moving around like this, this is not art. The fetishisation of dark skin cannot the impacts of anti-blackness. Black representation is not automatically liberating if deeply entrenched stereotypes can be hidden under the guise of avant-garde art.

Ultimately, it is important to peel back fashion's layers of fantasy, to expose the shadowy power dynamics behind media representation. This cover illustrates a highly stylised form of blackness, marketed to consumers as a triumphant image of progress. It is important to celebrate these models at the top of their game and an industry where Black representation in fashion is moving beyond novelty into standard practice.

It ia of bees. It is drawn around food cafes and this is because bees are said to love sweet tastes.

It is drawn on the building at the side along the road as to attract people walking by. However, this art of bees is associated with the evolution of animals. It is said that as time goes on bees can become extinct as even now you cannot just catch it flying in the street so in the next coming years that art work can help the coming generation to see animals that were present in the past years. At the bottom of the art, there are dirty dust bins, they are mot removed because bees always stay where there are just messy waste stuff. This art symbolizes honesty and willingness to serve the community above all. Bees  have been an integral symbol to the decorative arts, prized for their ability to make honey and believed to represent the afterlife and rebirth. Throughout the modern and ancient world the bee is a symbol of wisdom birth and industry.
Bees, like fairies are often considered guardians of the natural world eternally linked with love, magic and romance. Out of bees we get honey which I believe it means sacred insect that bridged the natural world to the underworld. A universal symbol of ethical virtues such as diligence, sociability, purity, cleanliness, wisdom and creativity. Bees are also associated with royalty. Since long ago bees are a symbol of wealth, good luck and prosperity.
The bees being shown moving busy flying around in the artwork means that the place is full of hard work. I dislike this artwork because it is exposing women body parts. Although at some point it would show beauty, the world have changed now, we cannot have our strutures on the walls with our private parts exposed yet these parts are said to be private.

We live in the world South Africa where sexual harassment and 🤬 rates increase each and every year. Nakedness of human regarded as the main attraction to men, maybe not only. so having women bodies exposed like this have something off as for women. 
Let us have a look on what this art have to do with prostitution which is known as sex engaged in for commercial reasons rather than for its own sake. Out of different types of prostitutions, I would associate this art work with street prostitution where clients are solicited on the streets, park or other public places. We are in the world where girls drop out of school some not because they lack education institutions or because of their poor economic status but because they are being attracted by how other women get money over night out of prostitution. 
This art is a very huge bad influence when  it comes to self care and let us not ignore the discrimination in this. The whites are covering their private parts by cloths but the black woman is not. why? 
As we all know that we are being taught to always cover our bodies as to show some respect towards them so what is the use of covering ourselves if the private parts we are told to cover are presented or exposed out there in the streets? I believe its useless.
