         <title>Crepes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, sugar, and salt. Slowly add the milk, whisking to combine. Let batter stand at room temperature until bubbly on top, 15 to 20 minutes.</li><li>In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter, then swirl pan to coat. About 1/4 cup at a time, drop batter evenly onto pan, swirling it to evenly coat.</li><li>Cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 minute more; repeat with remaining batter. Serve crêpes warm with fresh fruit and powdered sugar.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>French Onion Chicken</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Add onions and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally until onions are caramelized and jammy, about 25 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Turn off heat and remove onion mixture. Wipe skillet clean.</li><li>In a large bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper and oregano, then toss with flour. Heat remaining oil in the same skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden on all sides and mostly cooked through, about 8 minutes.</li><li>Add beef broth and return cooked onions to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil, then then educe heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through and beef broth reduces slightly, about 10 more minutes.</li><li>Add Gruyère and cover skillet with a lid. Cook until cheese is melty, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Chocolate Banana Crepes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>In a blender, combine milk, flour, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, eggs and melted butter. Blend until mixture is smooth and foamy. If possible, let batter sit for 15 minutes at room temperature (or up to overnight in the fridge).</li><li>Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with more butter or vegetable oil. Add about one-quarter to one-third cup batter and swirl the batter to completely cover bottom of skillet. Cook until the bottom of the crepe is golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Using a rubber spatula (or chopsticks) loosen edge of crepe then quickly flip. Cook for 1 minute more then slide crepe out of skillet. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan as necessary.</li><li>Fold crepes into quarters. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with banana slices.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-Ups</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Preheat oven to 350°. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then place Dijon and bread crumbs in two separate shallow dishes. Dip chicken in Dijon until fully coated, then toss in bread crumbs. Transfer to a cutting board.</li><li>Top each chicken breast with a slice of ham and 1/4 cup gruyère. Roll up chicken breasts and transfer to a baking dish.</li><li>Top with more gruyère and bake until chicken is cooked through, 25 minutes.</li><li>Garnish with parsley and serve.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Boursin-Stuffed Chicken</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Preheat oven to 400°.</li><li>Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken until 1/4" thick. Pat dry and liberally season it with salt and pepper on both sides. Place a spoonful or two of Boursin on one end of each piece, top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and roll the chicken up, starting at the cheese-topped end. Wrap chicken with a slice of prosciutto and place in a baking dish seam-side down, so the prosciutto doesn't unravel. Repeat with each piece of chicken.</li><li>Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear when pierced with a fork or knife.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
