When we think about something like a strike or unionizing, we tend to think about it entirely in terms of action. And while that’s true, there’s also some very important things that workers (or any exploited class) have to believe and understand before high impact collective action is remotely possible.

What do you think those beliefs and understandings are? Make a list of 3 beliefs that you think it is necessary for an exploited class to understand in order to take collective action. [If you read a Labor Notes article, you can draw directly from what organizing workers are trying to convince their co-workers].

Three beliefs that I think are necessary for an exploited class to understand in order to take collective action is the belief that the difference of wage brings out the feeling of anger in those who are exploited Which allow those to co e together as one.

Another way that those who are exploited could come together and unite is by gathering enough people who support. That way ruling class cant fire them all and try and replace every single member of the company.

Lastly another way is by organizing meetings and events to take place to ensure that the workers are safe and protected when making there stand against the ruling class
