Our names are Hiram and Ainara we are in 4ºD.

In our free time we like to go to Meloneras beach to watch the sunset.

Ainara likes the motorbikes and has a black and white one. Hiram likes the music of Quevedo, his favorite song is CHAPIADORA.COM.

Samuel is 16 and Mercedes is 15, we are both from the canary islands but samuel's parents are British. We both like football, Samuel's favourite football team is UD LAS PALMAS (where pedri used to play before barcelona) and Mercede's favourite team is FC Barcelona (she likes lewandowski) Samuel's favourite music artist is Central Cee , and mercede's favourite music artist is Eminem and 50 cent. Samuel has 1 pet (a turtle) and mercedes has 2 pets (two turtles).

Amelia likes to color drawings, it helps calm her down. She likes listening to music, especially "Myke towers", a Puertorrican singer.

Maxine likes to watch TV shows, she likes Stranger things and the 100. She also loves listening to music, her favorite singer is Eminem and Anna Pepe, Anna is an italian singer.

In class we laugh together most of the time, we can't take anything seriously.

Amelia has long and blonde hair, she's got blue eyes and her skin is very light. She's skinny and short.

Maxine has black and long hair, she's got brown eyes and her skin is also light, she's also skinny and short, but taller than Amelia :)

I have just started my teaching career because I been teaching only for 6 months! I teach two subjects: English and entrepreneurship. I enjoy teaching both <3 I also teach at highschool that I used to go to! I love every minute of it, especially that our school located in the middle of the forest is such a special workplace.

I took part in the cultural exchange program that let me live in the United States for 3 years, then I worked in the bank for 2 years as a translator and PA and finally I decided to quit and start my teaching career (truly best decision in my life).

I love learning Italian, playing volleyball, sailing, traveling and spending time with my little niece and nephew - they call me superaunt ;)

I consider creativity and empathy to be my superpowers.

I am looking forward to making new international connections learning more about your country and island and exchanging experience and knowledge!

I also have a deep appreciation for classic literature, especially the works of Adam Mickiewicz.

In the future, I want to study dramatic acting or vocal performance. Performing on stage makes me feel alive, and I dream of turning my passion into a career.

Before starting university, I plan to take a gap year and volunteer abroad. I want to explore the world, help others, and gain experiences that will shape me as both a person and an artist.

I’m looking forward to warm weather, making unforgettable memories and improving my language skills

Our favourite subject is PE because the teacher always lets us play football or do what ever we want. We like to go out with friends and ride our motor bikes.

The place where we meet up with friends is called Maspalomas, this place has a lot to offer everything from going to the spa to our beutifull beaches, we also have a lot of dishes from all around the world. For example "papas arrugadas".

The weather here is very good its always sunny and with a light breeze. The tempature is around 20 degrees all year round

Our class is 4ºB,we are 15 years old.

Abraham likes the motorbikes he has a red motorbike and in his free time he practices boxing.

Alexander likes the motorbike but he doesn't have a motorbike and in his free time he plays football in the estrella team.

We are Aimar and Alberto. We are 16 years old. We are born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

We are in 4°ESO B to IES Faro de Maspalomas.

In our free time we go to Playa del Ingles beach , meet our friends, listen to music, stay with our familiy...

Aimar likes to go to see rallies, play videogames, play and watch football, play padel, ride a bycicle, do sport in general.

One of my biggest passions is reading, and I especially enjoy classic literature and philosophical novels. Some of my favorite authors are Fyodor Dostoevsky, Franz Kafka, and Albert Camus—I find their works incredibly thought-provoking and rich in psychological depth. Besides literature, I also have a deep interest in psychology and true crime. Understanding human nature, behavior, and the complexities of the mind has always fascinated me.

Music is another important part of my life, and I particularly love jazz. There’s something about its rhythm, improvisation, and emotional depth that resonates with me. I enjoy discovering different styles and artists, from classic jazz legends to contemporary musicians.

I’m really looking forward to getting to know everyone and engaging in meaningful discussions throughout this project. I hope to learn, grow, and make connections with like-minded people :) .

Our names are Liduvina and Naroa, we are students from IES Faro de Maspalomas. We are national rythmic gymnastics and we train together since 2017.

Liduvina likes go to the Las Burras beach in her free time and she also loves her grey cat Patxi.

Naroa likes aereal acrobatics and goes in her dad's motorbike with him.

Hi, my name is Oliwia, I'm 16 years old and I'm a student of Tański High School in Puszcza Mariańska. The most important thing in my life is my family and friends and with them I spend the most time.

Music is also an important element in my life, which has been with me since I was a child. No matter what I do, there is always music playing in the background. As a hobby, I play the electric guitar and keyboard.

I also like team sports such as volleyball and basketball, but my favorite sport is swimming, which I have been training for 6 years. I am curious about the world and I love meeting new people.

After graduating high school, I would like to go abroad and earn extra money as a scuba diving instructor during the holidays.

I'm looking forward to make unforgettable memories and meet awesome people. ♡

My name is Julia and I'm 17. I'm a student of Tański highschool in Puszcza Mariańska, and I also train in athletics club in Skierniewice.

Apart from running, I'm interested in maths and geography. I'm into spending time in nature - I like hiking and skiing. In my free time I also read books and play board games with my family and friends.

After graduating high school, I'm not sure what I'll be doing yet, but I'm excited to explore different possibilities and see where life takes me.

I can't wait to meet wonderful people, explore new places together, share unforgettable experiences, and create lasting memories!

For as long as I can remember I have been trying to be the best version of myself. I love dancing - it's not only my passion, it's something more. When I dance, I can forget about all around and just focus. I tried different styles, but now I'm a cheerleader. I'm also passionate about travelling. My dream is to travel around the world and see all of the countries that I can. But the most important thing in my life is people around me. I love spending time with my friends and family just doing the silly things like no one is looking at us.

Lately I also like photography: taking pictures, modeling and photo editing. I know I'm not the best at it, but I hope that work can give me great results.

I'm looking forward to meeting Spanish people and spending time with them, but I also can't wait for shiny sun and warm temperatures, that we don't have now in Poland.

For me, one of the biggest passions in my life is music, I genuinely believe that music has the power to help bring people together, and to help us overcome tough times. My favorite artists include Bladee, Car Seat Headrest, and Ecco2K. Albums like The Fool by Bladee have shaped the way I perceive art and expression, showing me how music can be both deeply personal and limitless in creativity, breaking conventional boundaries to create something truly unique. I love exploring new sounds and styles. Listening to music isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a way to connect with emotions, tell stories, and find comfort in everyday life. I’m also a member of my school’s radio team, where I coordinate the music selection played in the hallways during breaks.

Another passion of mine is my love for biology and mathematics. I’m fascinated by how science can explain so much about the world around us. Biology allows me to understand the complexity and beauty of life, our roots and connections to other organisms, while mathematics provides the tools to analyze and solve problems in creative ways. I also love gardening and botanics, I'm excited for spring to start in order to beautify my balcony!

After graduating high school, I plan on studying Biomedical Engineering at a university abroad. I hope to pursue this field, because of its potential to revolutionize healthcare and create life-changing technologies.

I'm highly enthusiastic about participating in this eTwinning project, and can’t wait to connect with new people, share ideas, and learn from everyone along the way. I’m looking forward to building meaningful connections, exploring different perspectives, and contributing my creativity to make this project worthwhile! 💜

Maspalomas (my city)

I live in a city called Maspalomas. Its in the south of Gran Canaria. We have a beautiful beach called Playa del Ingles which is 2700 meters long. Maspalomas also has a light house called Faro de Maspalomas. My school is called after it.

The school I go to is called IES Faro de Maspalomas. Its a pretty big school. You can study to be a hairdresser, cook, gardner and some other. Right now I am in 4th grade. We had a caffeteria too but they sold it.

My name is Gosia, and I’ve been teaching English for over 23 years. I work with young people aged 14-19 at Tanski High School in Puszcza Mariańska, near Warsaw. I’m passionate about engaging in projects that bring fresh ideas, foster collaboration, and build connections with other educators. I also coordinate my school's Erasmus+, eTwinning, and volunteer projects.

Last year, our eTwinning project, "Stepping In Cultures with English Grammar," was a wonderful success, and I am thrilled to announce that it inspired my Greek school colleague and me to organise a cultural exchange.! This opportunity will strengthen the bond between our Polish and Greek schools, and I truly feel this is just the beginning of a lasting friendship that will unite our students and staff across borders. Seeing this kind of connection unfold is, for me, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a teacher.
