All Homemakers should be communicated to.  Sometimes other level Homemaker left behind
Communication is good via TEAMS, Dect phones and emails.  Communication is happening via these sources.  However, required to be more efficient
For me: emails/TEAMS, in black and white so easy to follow up but for something happens suddenly phone call is the best choice.
