At the end, I think we could use tessellation to make big puzzle pieces. We could make international teams who would work on same math topic, and share finished pieces by post mail, so that every country could make exhibition on one (different) topic. All puzzle pieces should be the same, so they could match each other.
As for technique, students could use art, interesting tasks, pictures, they could write, draw, be free to find their own expressions related to math topic.

We can make an e-book with the questions we have prepared and solved and other materials.

I wrote this idea in forum also- if you like it -
I have a proposal to insert a beautiful theme of geometry "Geometry in the constellation stories" or "Shapes in the sky" or ......

We could make a collaborative book with this theme (each school could choose 3-4 constellations and could study the sky forms...) or each school can presen its only work (we can view more stories...)
What is your opinion?

The Katarina's idea about tesselation is very interesting, I hope we can do it; we need a very good organization of work...
