After radios were introduced during WWI, it was common for your average American to own this feature.( your normal appliance.

Over the course of 10 years, hundreds of radio stations had been streaming. All broadcasting different topics. From sports, news outlets, political stories... you name it

The idea of the radio made it easy for people to gain knowledge from the comfort of their home. The news station would stream right in their living room, this having the listener informed. This simple invention made it easy for a message or news to get around quickly.

The purpose of a film/movie is obviously to entertain right? Well the person making the film may want to add a message whether good or bad about society and politics, the viewer may get the message and either agree or disagree with it leading the viewers to be influenced. Just like they are influenced to maybe copy the style of a famous film star, they are also influenced by something not so visible. So many individuals change their ideals and beliefs because of what they see in films. Although the film industry wasn’t as influential as it is now, films still played a big role.
