Jo and Nick helped Cambridge English set up the new Teach with Digital website - which provides a framework and self-assessement in much the same way as the one we use for general teaching does. This site looks very useful for me and could be used in parallel with the one we already use. Also made what I think is a controversial statement: "Fast Beats Big"...but they elaborate "the longer you work on something without it being used and tested, the riskier it is" It should be introduced iteratively.

As I said to Patricia, we have the opposite problem fo older teachers having far less drive in terms of self-developing in EdTech.
