The speed of the current climate change is faster than most of the past events, making it more difficult for human societies and the natural world to adapt. The emissions that cause climate change come from every part of the world and affect everyone, but some countries produce much more than others. This rapidly rising aspect is a problem today because it's changing our climate at a rate that is too fast for living things to adapt to.
