There was an evening event to know eachother and to have a dinner. It was nice. I was surprised because the Bell's leader said that her daughter are going to study in Budapest (Műszaki Egyetem) because of the Brexit.

The English breakfast is like my favourit Hungarian breakfast: eggs, ham, tomato, fruits, cakes, orange juice, coffe. I like it. 
After the breakfast we got together in a lecture hall. First of all The Bell school was introduced, we got to know the programmes and the inside and outdoor activities, the fire rules, the staff. At the end the 6 different groups was set up.
The tutor of the Educational Technology Today course is Kristina. Members of my goup are highly educated teachers and most of them can speak English C1+ level. They came from France, Slovakia, Mianmar, Brazil, Hungary.  I am the only Primary school teacher. Our tutor's name is Kristina who speaks fast for me. I can follow the course because we are not too fast and we learn just few things a day. I learned about how I can make strong passwords and what I could do to remember them. How I can organise my favourite webpages with bookmarks and tags. I set up my Diigo webpages, This is my personal page that helps me to collect and organise my favourite links. We got some tricks to distinguish the fake webpages and after all we practiced, for example with linkto:http//...... Finally I made this Padlet memory page and we got other ideas to use Padlet in the classroom. We learned about the common rights and webpages where we can find the free copyright pictures. I missed the early afternoon workshop that I can have a rest. I took part in the Cultural talk. Its title was Hidden Cambridge. We heard about a plenty of interesting information about Cambridge little secrets. We plan to take a walk in the wake of mysteries with our maps.
After the dinner we had a guided tour in the downtown. I was proud to be in Stephen Hawking's footsteps. At the end of the the tour I drank a beer in the Eagle. It was named Eagle's DNA. :)

It was a good decision because I spent 4 hours in the Fitzwilliam. It has got a surprisingly rich collection. I think I will never get used to the fact that English museums are so rich. King's college was like an old, elegant, well groomed lady. The chapel was spectacular.
I am fond of the art exhibitions in churches. It's very common here.
There was a Hungarian colleague who joined to me. We planned to watch movie tonight but finally we went to shopping and drank cream tea. Cream tea drinking is my favorite habit in England. ( ... and what about the beer drinking? - my dear friend Csilla would ask.)

We visited some colleges and took pictures: Peterhouse, Pembroke, St Catharine's, Magdalene. We were in the market place where we met with a Hungarian 'lángos' maker. He has been living in Cambridge for 6 years. We bought books in the Heffers Bookstore, climbed up the Great St Mary 's Church tower and looked around above the town. We wondered  the old vacuum cleaners, washing machines and some old tools in Museum of Cambridge. We were in the Jesus Green park, in the Parker's Piece park, walked along on the Broadwalk, ate Hot-dogs sitting by the river, searched the hidden old 'pleasure' house. This house is a clothing store today, but there remained a naked women wooden carving ornament on the house. We checked the patriotic decorated house. It was funny. It has a little London in the window: Big Ben, Tower of London, Parliament, The Queen, Mr. Bean, ....
We bougth souveniers for the family members, friends, colleauges.  We took funny photos with Newton's tree too. There was 2 funny boys who joined to our picture. It's hard to belive that tree is 300 years old in front of the Trinity College. My company was Fumiko, one of the two Japanese colleagues and 2 Hungarian colleagues: Anikó and Csilla.

First of all we used concentric circles to talk about the weekend. We got flashcards with topics and questions. We changed the pairs and the questions when the  outside circle moved on. We have been in the school until half past 3 so we had a lot of time to excercise using of the content creation tools. Finally we evaluated them using  the affordances and the consraints.
We used the following apps:
- vocabulary notebook app: Colorwords: free, sharing option, no account needed, easy to learn, you can add pictures as well as translations, color codes to categorize, can be used like flashcards. You can hide one side, unfortunately there is no speech.

lab report, diary, project work, ppt, tourist guide, tell a story, cartoon story (role play, grammar), tutorial, portfolio, CV, creative writing, you can advertise your school or project

- Unboxing video on the Youtube: finally we got a VR glasses and we had to assemble and use it. After that we created a mini tutorial ppt about the preparing and using of the VR. We talked about collaborating in the classroom, the advanteges and disadvanteges of the flipped classroom. We agreed that it is a bunch of extra work for the teachers, and teen students, who can be unreliable to make extra work at home.
We excercised collaborating and made Google slides to share and to send comments to eachother.
Finally we started to use Screencastomatic I couldn't understand how I can create a tutorial video and how I can merge the voice with the picture or with the screen. I tought that there is a trick to it. I was heartbroken. I would needed more explanation. I couldn't create the task by the end of the lesson. After the lesson came Robin to help and show how I can create an introduction ppt with voice. After this I came back to the screencastomatic and I cleared up. It was so easy. I didn't need to merge because the webpage could do it. :) I was happy but it was half past 5, dinner time. We got a tiny homework: to create a Google docs with your photo about Cambridge connecting it to a voice recording QR code, in which you talk about the picture. I finished it half past 5 again. In spite of my slowness I was proud of myself. I could do it! I learned it! I am a super teacher! :) It's funny! :)

It was like a tree beauty contest. It was stunning.
I bought some gifts and came back to the college to eat the last dinner. At home I will be in a big trouble when I will sit to the table waiting for my dinner that won't come. :) I had an impressive care in Cambridge with Bell. After the dinner we had a drink in the college Battery Bar. My colleauge Pearl from Mianmar started to organise a trip to Budapest for the middle of September. We checked the flight tickets between London and Budapest. I travelled with a hungarian teacher colleague. We missed the baggage check on the Stansted Airport. We used the business class to check in where we unexpectedly met a hungarian crew member. He was so kind and started to chat with us. He complained about Brexit. He thought that it will be the end of the country. He was sad. Our birthdays are on the same day, but he is 3 years older than me.
On the airplane I met a hungarian lady with her son. They were nice and funny, and finally they took me to the  Mammut shopping center. I met my husband there.
