         <description><![CDATA[<div>-The budget of the US increased at this time by 500% and their Lunar program increased with so many members, there was 34,000 new employees. Apollo set back the United States because 3 astronauts died from a launch failure. After coming back from the slump the US launched Apollo 8, this made it into space orbit but never landed on the moon. Finally the working space ship was Apollo 11 with Neil Armstrong and Michael Collins landed on the moon successfully on July 20th.</div>]]></description>
