The middle part is still cloudy but more clear than before fermentation.
Smell: The rice water smell become sour and more sour after 1 week. It is not that obvious before I open the covering cloth. But after opening it, it smell so strong even I'm with a mask.
Others: It has no immediate change when I mix it with milk at the ratio 1:10.

Preferably mix with hand (I wear a glove)

Slowly add EM into the bran/husk, we can add it layer by layer to get a well-mixed product.

Store in a dark area (I put the rice husk and Bokashi EM inside a black plastic bag, then use a box to cover it.)

Note : Rice husk/bran can be substituted with any fibrous materials
