Public policy is like a plan that is used by the government to solve a problem or reach a goal. The government then hires people to put these plans into use. These people are called bureaucrats. They work for the federal government and are civil servants who carry out these policies. With these people and the federal government, they can put these plans of actions to use to help regulate the nation.</div>]]></description>
