My connection to D&I: Having the pleasure to work with multi-cultures and diverse background, opened my eyes to the world that we live in. I also have the pleasure to observe the behavior and personality forming of a little 8 year old growing up in a different world to what we knew 3 years ago.

My young adult daughters keep me up to date, and leave no opportunity unused to sharpen my awareness developments and real life examples.
