         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>A desert is most of the time a large area of land with only sand and dirt and a very little amount of plants. There is little to no rainfall and it is very hot in the daytime when the light reflects off the sand but at night it gets quite cold.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> 9. Cactus- It adapted to the biome by making the outside of its ‘body’ hard and prickly so that other organisms can’t eat them without getting hurt. Also they store water inside mostly because of the lack of water in this particular biome. </div><div>     Agave- It can use Higher levels of Carbon Dioxide (Co2) in the air than many other plants in the biome. Just like the cactus, it also has a harder outside and a mushy inside.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> 10. Thorny Devil- It changes color with the soil/ sand and burrows in it at night to keep warm in the cold nights. They also have a fake head to confuse predators, very sharp teeth, and have many sharp spikes all over their bodies.</div><div>       Desert Fox- It has thick fur to stay warm at night, and the color of it is camouflage because it is the same color as sand. Also they have thick soles on the bottom of their feet to protect them for the hot sand. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
