• As it is an American office, you have been asked to arrange a table with rich Honduran coffee and platings. The quality of this is so excellent that even Starbucks has showcased a number of Honduran coffees. You should show your appreciation and knowledge
• While setting the table, brainstorm and rehearse how you would plan to obtain additional information from those who will be present at the reception. 
• The guests could be from governmental or non-governmental agencies who have an interest in investing their resources in disaster relief.
• You will need to memorize their names and the essential elements of information
• When questioning these individuals, consider the legitimacy of their company, if it is well established, its headquarters, previous government contracts, the stability of their country of origin. Try to obtain personal information about their interests, general whereabouts, and gather as many details as possible to scrutinize them.
• Sample question:  What originally got you interested in your current field of work? Do you work to live or live to work?
