In 2018 I decided to change, I ate balanced and healthy food, every afternoon I did stretching exercises, played soccer and slept earlier.

That year I became happier, I lost weight and gained a little height.

At first it was very annoying and difficult to take care of my little brother and do my homework, but then I became better organized with a routine that I established for myself.

As soon as I picked up my little brother from daycare, I did my schoolwork. I was doing my two tasks and I felt satisfied and proud.

That routine made me por responsible and had prepared me for primary and highschool.
