Since, I was 17 years old at that time, I did not have the opportunity to find an internship. One week after career day, our school was looking for a F&B Service Intern and Kitchen Trainee. I decided to apply for a F&B Service Intern. I had an interview with F&B Service Manager in person and gave him my CV with cover letter. Several months later, I received an email about confirming my acceptance to the school, 
Online applications are not the most effective method for finding an internship. From my point of view, you can contact directly to the hotel and ask them if they have vacancies that I would be interested in. For my next internship, I will use this method, because it is quick and effective.

To provide an example of a long term career goal I hope and plan to achieve, I must give two examples. I believe strongly that getting my Masters would be a milestone in my life and career. Short Term Career Goals: 

Earning my bachelors at Les Roches is a short term career goals that is approaching in just a year. I feel very strongly regarding accomplishing and completing the bachelors degree as I have been already studying for roughly two years. Another short term career goal is to learn how to speak French fluently. This would help me in my day to day life and also in my future career in the hospitality industry.

The mentee is trying to develop new skills, competencies and goals. In other terms a mentor is a teacher/advisor who invests his time in tutoring and professionally developing the mentee. For further detail there are 3 types of mentoring: 

1. One-on-one mentoring
2. Distance Mentoring 
3.  Group Mentoring 

Example of mentorships in the hospitality industry, is the hiring of interns, as they are taught by colleagues, supervisors and a designated mentor the ways of the work flow and environment.

Definitely building your brand around your building or establishment is arguably close to be the the most significant factor to contribute to your overall brand image. When entering your building your customers will take a visual photo in their memory of all appliances and services.
