Let me tell you how they fell for each other. Carlos y Juana met 30 years ago, in a small Tango Bar in Medellín, and it was a first sight love. Carlos invited her a drink while they listened to Gardel songs and since that night they were inseparable. This is the history of how I met a foreign girl in Provenza

As usual, on a normal Friday, I woke up early and I went to the gym I was training during a while and after that I went to my house and I started to work, that was and stressful day and for that reason I called to a friend and I invited him for some beers in a roooftop in provenza.

I was founding of that place too much because everything was perfect but evertything fall apart when my girlfriend got into the disco and I needed to cut off the relation with her but she told me that we could look back again at another time in the future.

Charles was called by his boss to a last-minute meeting, and then, the almost predictable fact happened. The company had been abruptly losing clients and market, and seemed there was no return. A thousand of them were just left behind because they weren't bright enough. The team was turning frustrated and seemed they were about to give up.

Then, Charles gathered all the team members and reencouraged them to not stop the fight and to focus on bringing out the best of each one, knowing that behind that there was an incredible mission of not only saving the company but also contributing to rescuing people from a technology that was threatening to eliminate any possible way of human working.

Charles's words were like fuel that injected energy and motivation into the team. Just a couple of weeks later, the team was able to turn all their ideas into a project that successfully could demonstrate that there was an unimaginable amount of market requirements and customer needs couldn't be fulfilled by the AI. The company's portfolio was widely increased and diversified, and new market segments could be reached, achievements that allowed them to keep afloat and become one of the most relevant IT companies in the world.

Even though AI keeps pushing on, the key to surviving will be always the focused, collaborative and innovative work.

Even though this is a valid argument since a person follows the natural life flow, this does not reflect the reality of all people since life's rhythms, conditions and expectations are far different from one person to another. It's not possible to have an universal measure to define what is the correct or maximum age a person has to succeed or achieve determined goals both professionally and personally, numerous people make it at young ages and also there are a lot of them that make it at being older, success stories as KFC, Amazon and McDonald's CEOs are an example of the fact that there's no age limitations to achieve any goal in life. 

In closing, even though statistics can show some ages are more likely for people to achieve certain things in their lives, this can't become a standard measure not only because society evolves constantly to a more standard-free mindset, but also because people have the freedom and complete autonomy to choose what their life path will be and to decide the what's, how's, and when's of every step of their lives.
