This subject, Personal Development, was very helpful because it allowed me to understand myself better—my strengths, weaknesses, and emotions. It taught me how to manage my feelings, make better decisions, and build more confidence in myself. Through the lessons, I learned the importance of self-awareness, emotional balance, and mental well-being. My favorite topics were Mental Health and Well-being, and challenges of middle and late adolescence and it's coping strategies because they are very relatable to what I experience as a student. These lessons helped me develop healthy coping strategies and reminded me to always take care of my mental and emotional health.
