Food at the base should be eaten every day in  large quantities.<br>DESCRIPTION<br>At the base we find CARBOHYDRATES (bread,pasta,rice,potatoes...) then VITAMINS/MINERALS(fresh fruits or vegetables,...) , then we have PROTEINS(pulses,milk,fish,eggs,meat,..) , at the top we have FATS(butter,oil,lard,...).</div>]]></description>
