The invention of the power loom was glorious; the power loom was almost like a more advanced version of the flying shuttle whereas the invention was almost entirely machine requiring little to no man-power. The machine allowed the production rate to be much greater than before, bringing in a larger sum of money.

Queen Victoria has left possibly one of the most dominant presences in Europe, along with the world in the field of Imperialism. The young queen achieved what numerous British rulers had dreamed of, she brought Great Britain to its Golden Age, ruling approximately 1/4 of the Earth's surface.

1819 - Interview of Dr. Ward

The interview of Dr. Ward has remained immensely significant through the years by outlining the true experience of factory workers who were children during the Industrial Revolution. During the interview, Dr. Ward accounted for the conditions of the factories and how the said conditions are harmful to the health along with the physical well-being of the children working in factories.

1820 - Invention of Macadam Roads

Macadam roads were perhaps one of the greatest inventions to come to light due to the fact that the stone roads provided a more stable/reliable path of travel. Additionally, the roads being stone rather than just partially groomed dirt the roads were able to accommodate much more weight even in rough weather such as rain that previously could've tore up the road stalling deliveries of industrial products, and slowing the production rate of goods.

1833-1914 - Conflict of Ownership Regarding Africa

Before imperialism countries building up Africa were very divided, so when imperialism did transpire, European countries took advantage of the fact making the division much worse. The African countries (or any conquered country) that were taken control of had no say in the matter, damaging prior relationships. However, the relationships between African countries and European countries weren't the only relationships damaged, countries stretching across Europe had damaged previously positive or neutral relationships due to the nasty unfair nature of imperialism.

1858 - Great Britain's Colonization of India

Great Britain's colonization of India was devastating for India but was fantastic for Britain. Great Britain was able to colonize India while other countries were fighting over ownership of Africa, and practically drained India dry, depriving the land of its natural resources. Meanwhile, India was struggling, and Britain was gaining a large profit boosting their economic growth.
