I have a sister. I don´t know how a life would be without her.

One of the main advantages of being the only child is that your parents pay attention only to you. You are the only child they have, so you are the most important person in their lives. Secondly, parents would do everything for you, from buying you a toy, to buying you a car. Thirdly, you have everything for yourself; you don´t have to share anything: your room, toys, clothes... Moreover, you don´t have anyone disturbing you.

On the other hand there are also some cons. First of all, an only child tends to be selfish and rude. They are used to have everything, so when they don´t have something they want, they have a tendency to get angry. Secondly, an only child may sometimes feel lonely; if you have a brother or a sister you can go with him or her to a party or to the mountain, but if you are the only child you must go solitary. Thirdly, they have nobody who can borrow them some clothes or other things. I am always dressing with my sister clothes so that would be a bad point for me!

To sum up, being the only child have a lot of pros, but also some cons. Being an only child can be good, although in my opinion sometimes they can feel lonely and sad. I would start with the pros of being and only child, because in my opinion there are more cons than pros.
First of all i would say that you are the king or queen of your house, that means that you will always be the central point of view in the house, the centre of your parent´s lives. That in many cases would be perfect for you, but in other many cases that would be a disaster.

Another good point of being the only child is of course with the rest of the family; uncles, aunts... you would be the only child of their brothers or sisthers so you might be special in the sence of receiving many presents in christmas or on your birthday, and following with that, if you are a person that doesn´t like sharing your things with others you will have to share nothing.

Those are for me the good points of being an only child but there are so many cons.
For example, if you have an older brother in many cases when your parents are angry some of the scoldings will be only for the big brother and not for you.

Another good thing is the confidences that you wil have with your brothers or sisthers, and don´t thing that maybe you won´t have confesions because maybe being a child not, but when you brought up,yes.

To sum up, I would say that although being the queen of your house may be funny for me having a brother is the best thing and I am so grated of having one, I don´t change him for anything or anybody.

Me, I prefer having brothers and sisters. I think that although being only child has its advantages, having brothers and sisters could be more funny and entertaining.

 

Even having relatives it´s a good idea, they are sometimes in which you  you do not feel to be the center of the house. Being an only child also has so much advantages. You are the unique child that your parents have, so they are everytime with you. But this could be a problem when you do something bad, or when your parents get angry with you.

Another advantage is that in your bitrthdays or in Christmas you would had a lot of presents, because they are not more child to give the presents.

To finish, I think that having brothers and sisters it´s fantastic, and although they could sometimes be a little bit heavies, I would not change them for nothing.

This is a very difficult question, because if you have brothers or sisters, you won't ever experience what is being an only child, so this  depends on what situation you are in.
In my opinion, being an only child has more cons than pros, although I have sisters and I have never experienced being an only child.

One of the main advantages of this is that you receive everything you want, because you don't have to share it with anyone. You are the only child your parents have, so all their attention goes to you. This can be a disadvantage too, because normaly only childs get used to be the center of attention, so when in their daily life that doesn't happen, they can get very frustrated. 

On the other hand, having no brothers or sisters can be very boring, and when you go on holiday, the only company you have is your parents' .Although you get the advice and help of your parents, they keep being your parents, and sometimes they don't understand the problems a teenager has.

Some people think being an only child is better than having siblings, and some others think the opposite thing. But none of them is right because this topic is extremely relative. What is right is that each of them have their advantages.

One of the main advantages of being an only child is that you get all your parents attention. This can be bad at times, but i'm sure it is better than not receiving any kind of attention. Besides, if you're an only child, you won't be compared with someone that is better than you in a lot of aspects. Into the bargain, you don't have anybody who teases on you and you can be uncocerned of this.

On the other hand there are many disadvantages of being an only child. First of all, having siblings is like having Friends and whenever you want you can spend time with them. Additionally, if you need support or you have problems you can always rely on them, they'll never let you down. Finally, if you have siblings, you will never feel alone and you'll never get bored.

In conclusión, I've never been an only child and won't be, but from my point of view, having siblings is one of the best things that could happen to anybody. If I hadn't siblings, my life would be very different and there would be an empty space in my hart.

Nowadays the most common thing is to have only one child, but, what is better; be an only child or have a brother or sister.

 Firstly, if you are an only child, obviously, the all the attention of the parents is for you. Aslo if you want something is easier to obtain, because, you are the only child in the family, so, all you want you will have. Secondly, have only one child can be better to the economy of the family; is not the same have only one or have more. Can be very expensive to maintain three childs: pay the food, clothes…

On the other hand; there is anything better than pass the time with your brother. If you are an only child you can have a lot of things but no person to play with. Secondly, in my case, I am the younger of my family. My parents with my brother were more overprotective when he want to go any day. But now, with my, they tolerate more.

There are a lot of pros an cons of being an only child, but this can depend on many things; the economy of the family, if the parents have time to be with the song or not…
