Issue: Many teachers do not have the bandwidth to run a full classroom and debug several students code. As a result, they instinctively run to Support for code assistance, where most of the root causes are student error. Support spends a considerable amount of time firefighting these issues and less time thinking about how to make these processes more scalable.

Solution: Implementing an AI bot on the educator side to assist educators and scale the debugging process- not necessarily giving the direct answers. This would reduce the workload for Support team members and spend more time learning the programming languages.

Offer PD options for teachers needing to learn to code and/or teach code and get states to accept that PD for relicensure or PD credit. SO many teachers are jumping into CS with little to no experience, and are desperate not only to lean a platform, but to learn to code in general. Be a partner in that and help get teachers off the ground running and in the process love our product and advocate for us. (Code.Org, and CodeHS already do this)
