In this photo, I completely disagree,  with the top photo. I feel like this is a conductor of music, which is a type of leadership, but I do not think that this is an effective leadership style for any other activities.

I do, however, agree with the bottom photo. In this photo, I mostly agree with the top photo because the person is doing the same job and working as a part of the team.

I disagree with the bottom photo because it seems that the person is more dictator style leading. I disagree with both of these photos. In the top picture the leader is pulling the team, and that's not the role of the leader. Leaders work with the group to achieve the goal

On the bottom, I think that a leader should be distinguished from the rest of the pack. It was quite difficult as each person values different characteristics in a leader and each person leads differently. In the end, we felt the most important trait is that someone be a good communicator; in that they are a good speaker but also a leader. Leaders to know when and how to listen to their group, and to how to be able to speak to them in order to encourage members and reach the goals. Secondly, a team leader should be able to work with their mates and they should have a positive impact on their followers, pushing them all along the way. In our opinion the last quality on our list is being persistent.
