This sentence is used as an epistrophe because it uses the same set of words at the end of each clause. It is used to emphasize the similarities of the teams. 

Why should I do the Laundry, I do it all the time! How come I have to do the dishes, I do it all the time!
Chores aren't hard for me to do because I do it all the time!
