         <description><![CDATA[<p>Social and Emotional development </p><p><br/></p><p>Skills: The feelings chart helps children recognize and express their emotions by allowing them to pick and match how they feel each day. This activity supports emotional awareness, self-regulation, and early decision-making skills.</p><p>Caregiver Support: Caregiver can encourage children to talk about their emotions by asking open-ended questions like, “Why did  you choose that feeling today?  and providing strategies for self-regulation, such as deep breathing or using a comfort space to support their emotional growth. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
