Deforestation is when humans cut down trees so alot of animals are forced to go to different places to live.

Adaptation is when a species need to change their body parts or their behaviour to suit it's habitat or surrounding.

Polar bears have adpted to the arctic because they have small ears to lose less heat and big padded feet to walk on snow or ice. They also have lots of fat to keep them warm.

There are also behavioural adaptations. This means they have to change their diet or their way of hunting etc.

Global Warming

Global warming is when the earth and it's atmosphere get warmer and warmer. This is caused by humans again because when people drive their petrol car, it emits carbon dioxide which damages the ozone layer. The ozone layer is a layer which protects earth from the suns powerful rays. When the carbon dioxide touches the ozone layer, it could make holes and let the sun rays into earth.
