         <description><![CDATA[<p>For a start, it might be good to have a feedback/ post-lesson reflection structure that is not too time-consuming and/ or demanding for the observers. While most participants would look forward to the potential learning and sharing opportunities, they might not sign up if they are worried of the necessary follow-ups after the observation. </p><p>Colleagues who are sharing must also be assured that the take-up rate of their open classrooms is not an indication of their lesson quality or popularity as many factors (e.g. free periods of observers, interest areas, etc.) will come into play at any one time.</p>]]></description>
