Wally appeared to be telling the truth. John is 12 years older than him, which made John's statement about knowing Wally from high school seem questionable. The evidence leads us to believe that John was the aggressor in this situation. The lack of footprints in the blood was telling.  Wally may indeed have punched Peter once and left, which explains why there were no footprints in the blood from him.  If he would have been at the scene when more of the blood had been spattered, he would have likely stepped in it and tracked it out as he left.  John stated that Wally owed his family money, and it appeared that John saw Wally's presence as an opportunity to get his revenge on Wally because of this.   • Spoke willingly to investigators and admitted to being in the school and punching a man one time in the nose.  Stated that he had some words in the man's ear and then left him alone.  Mentioned that Johnny Mopanbrush may be making claims to police about him due to Mopanbrush believing that Imabaddy owes him money.  When asked about the clothes he was wearing earlier that day, Imabaddy refused to discuss them and promptly ended the interview.

  • Spoke to investigators.  Stated that he heard yelling from Block B around 7:30 am and as he approached he saw Peter on the ground with a man standing over him.  He stated that he saw the man hit Peter in the head with a brown object and then drag him across the kitchen floor trying to get something from his pockets.  He told police that when the man looked up he recognized him as Wally Imabaddy, who he knew from high school.  However, John and Wally have an age difference of 12 years.  He stated that he helped Peter to his feet and helped him to the door before calling an ambulance.
