*If it is a big earthquake, then maybe find a bunker and maybe even evacuate the city.
*We could also develop earthquake-safety material so we can protect ourselves more frequently.

P.E is basically when a country or state increases population rapidly, leading to a huge population like China, India, Nigeria and some more.
