Once upon a time, in a lush green village, there was a crystal-clear stream flowing through the land. The villagers depended on it for their water, and the trees and animals thrived around it. In this village lived a clever young man named Keloğlan, who stayed with his mother. One day, Keloğlan went to the stream but noticed something strange. The water was no longer flowing as it used to. The stream was drying up, and the trees along its banks were wilting. The village elders sighed and said:

“Ah, Keloğlan, the stream’s water is disappearing. It used to be full, but now it’s barely trickling!”

Determined to find out what was happening, Keloğlan decided to follow the stream to its source. He walked for days, crossing hills and valleys, until he finally reached the origin of the water. What he saw shocked him—a large factory had built a dam, blocking the stream and using all the water for itself!

Keloğlan approached the factory owner and said:

“Sir, you’ve taken all the water! Our village is drying up!”

The factory owner shrugged and replied:

“We need this water for our business. There’s nothing to be done.”

But Keloğlan wouldn’t give up so easily. He gathered the villagers, launched a campaign on social media, contacted journalists, and filed complaints with the local authorities. Soon, news spread far and wide, and environmental activists joined their cause. Realizing his mistake, the factory owner agreed to find a solution. They installed a new water treatment system that allowed the village to receive clean water while still keeping the factory running. The stream flowed once again, the trees turned green, and the villagers were happy. Keloğlan returned home and told his mother everything. She smiled and said:

“Well done, my son! When you use your mind and your heart, anything can be solved.”

From that day on, Keloğlan became known as “Eco-Keloğlan.” He traveled from village to village, teaching people the importance of protecting nature.

And so, the stream kept flowing, and Keloğlan’s wisdom continued to shine.

The End.

Once upon a time, in the boundless blue of the seas, there lived a pirate known for his courage and

justice. This pirate's name was Köroğlu. Köroğlu was not an ordinary pirate; he was the friend of the

oppressed and the nightmare of the tyrants. His ship Kırat gleamed like a legend as it glided through

the seas. Kırat was a symbol of Köroğlu's quest for justice and freedom.

On the other side of the seas, there ruled a ruthless pirate named Bolu Beyi. Bolu Beyi was known as

the master of the seas, but this mastery was built on tyranny and fear. Even when people heard his

name, they would tremble. Bolu Beyi's ship was of colossal size, and with its black sails, it spread fear

across the waters like a dark shadow.

One day, Köroğlu and his crew received news that Bolu Beyi had raided a village. Köroğlu could not

remain indifferent to this oppression. He immediately ordered the sails of Kırat to be raised and, with

the power of the wind, he followed Bolu Beyi's trail. After days of pursuit, at last, the two ships came

face to face. A great battle was about to begin in the middle of the sea.

On the deck of Kırat, Köroğlu gave an inspiring speech to his crew: My friends! Today we will fight for

justice. We will put an end to Bolu Beyi's tyranny. Remember that we are in the right, and right always

prevails! The Lord of Bolu shouted with a smile from the deck of his ship: Koroglu! Your courage is

nothing compared to my strength! Today you will take your last breath here!

The cannon fire that started between the two ships turned the sea into a battlefield. However,

Koroglu's crew was both brave and clever. Thanks to Kırat's swift maneuvers, they targeted the weak

spots of the Lord of Bolu's ship. After hours of fierce struggle, the Lord of Bolu's ship took heavy

damage and his crew had to raise the white flag.

Koroglu captured the Lord of Bolu and delivered him to the judgment of the sailors. The seas were

now calmer. Koroglu and Kırat continued to sail the seas as the guardians of justice. His name would

be remembered forever as a legend echoing over the waves.

Yunus Emre of the Digital Age

Yunus was a young engineer working in a large technology company and doing research on artificial intelligence. But there was something that differentiated him from others: He used technology not only to make human life easier, but also to touch the human soul. Yunus, who has been interested in philosophy and literature since his childhood, believed that what unites people is not only technology, but love and understanding.

On a platform he opened on social media, he established a community where people support each other with the slogan "Let's love, let's be loved." Here, everyone was sharing their stories in difficult times and giving hope to others. Yunus developed an artificial intelligence-supported application and created a system that encourages people to do good to each other. Thanks to this application, people could earn points by doing small favors and direct these points to charity organizations

One day, he had the chance to speak at a major technology fair. Turning to the hundreds of people in the hall, he said: “Technology should bring us closer together, not further apart. Real development is the progress of a person without losing the love and compassion within him.”

Since then, his project has resonated around the world. His aim was not only to become a successful engineer, but also to remind people of the power of love and sharing. Yunus was touching hearts and bringing people together, as he did ages ago.

Sofia Vempo: The Voice of Truth in the Digital Battlefield

Imagine a future where wars aren't fought with tanks and bombs, but with information. Governments and big corporations flood the internet with fake news and AI-generated lies to confuse and control us. In this dark world, Sofia Verma, known as "Vempo," emerges—a former pop star who decides to use her voice against the lies.

Inspired by the Greek resistance fighter Sofia Vempo from World War II, she starts an illegal radio station. From hidden locations, she broadcasts uncensored news and exposes corruption. Her broadcasts, reminiscent of wartime rallying cries, make her the "Voice of Truth"—the only source of reliable information in a world full of deception.

The government tries to silence her. They destroy her broadcasting platforms and send drones to find her hideout. But Sofia remains elusive, broadcasting from abandoned subway stations and secret servers in the mountains. Her determination inspires hackers, journalists, and ordinary citizens to resist as well.

As her arrest looms, Sofia delivers a final, powerful speech: "They can stop my voice, but not the truth. It lives in all of us. Keep questioning, keep fighting, keep singing for freedom!" Her words go viral and resonate in people's minds.

A week later, a teenager in a café listens to a recording of her speech. Though they never met in person, Sofia's courage ignites the spark of resistance in the teenager. He decides to continue her fight and reignite the revolution.

Sofia Verma's story shows that truth is invincible and that every individual can make a difference. Her words are more powerful than weapons and can start a whole movement. In a time when information wars threaten the foundations of our society, her message is more important than ever.

Moved by her dual identity, she joins environmental groups like Greenpeace, raises awareness through campaigns, and becomes a strong advocate for nature and animal rights.

The Digital Resistance: The Legacy of Ritsos

In the year 2040, art had nearly vanished. Books were no longer printed, poetry was considered obsolete, and social media controlled every form of expression. Governments and large corporations had replaced human words with algorithms that produced "safe" and "controlled" content. The youth grew up without knowing what it meant to resist through art. Iris, an 18-year-old student, had never read poetry. Yet, she grew up in a family that remembered the stories of the past. Her grandfather often spoke of a great poet, Yannis Ritsos, a man who fought with his words. One day, while exploring her grandfather’s old basement, Iris discovered a dusty book titled "Spring Symphony." It was filled with poems that spoke of freedom, love, struggle, and hope. As she read, something stirred within her—a spark that she had never felt before. But when she tried to share the poems online, the system automatically deleted them. The government’s algorithm had banned any content deemed "subversive." Determined to spread Ritsos’ words, Iris created a secret underground server where young people from across Europe could share forbidden texts, poetry, songs, and messages of freedom. She named it "The Voice of the Flowers," inspired by Ritsos' lines: "This world can become better, as long as you believe in its flowers." Quickly, the community grew. Young people from all over Europe began sharing their own poems, inspired by Ritsos’ words. Poetry was reborn, not on paper, but on screens. However, the government soon discovered the network and began hunting down its creators. Iris and her friends were at risk. Their servers were attacked, their profiles deleted, but Iris refused to back down. In a final, bold move, she infiltrated the largest digital news network and broadcast a live message: "Our words are our strength. They cannot silence us. Ritsos wrote for us. We write for tomorrow." The screen went dark. Iris knew they will come after her. But she also knew something else: the spark of poetry has been ignited once again. Days later, graffiti started appearing on the streets of major cities with Ritsos' verses. His words, which once gave a voice to generations who resisted, now echo for a new generation that seeks its own freedom. And Iris smiles, knowing that her voice—and Ritsos' voice—will continue to live on.

The Voice of the Forgotten – A Modern Tale Inspired by Stelios Kazantzidis

In the year 2035, Greece is once again facing a crisis. The economic instability has forced thousands of young people to leave their homeland in search of a better future. Athens feels emptier, with storefronts closed, factories abandoned, and streets filled with people who have lost hope.

Among those leaving is Nikos, a 23-year-old musician with a deep, powerful voice that echoes the past. As a child, he would sit beside his grandfather, listening to old Stelios Kazantzidis records—songs about migration, lost love, and the struggles of the working class.

Now, Nikos is living the very story he once heard in song. With nothing but his guitar and a suitcase, he boards a plane to Berlin, hoping to find work and a better future. But what he finds instead is a world where people like him are invisible.

A New Land, an Old Struggle

Berlin is far from the idyllic paradise he expected before migrating. He spends his days toiling over long shifts in a factory, assembling machine parts he will never afford. Surviving these conditions are five Greek migrants who also live in his cramped apartment.

Every night after another grueling shift, Nikos brings out his guitar to sing Kazantzidis’ songs in their small apartment. The nostalgia and pain captured in his voice tells the story of a generation that was forced to leave their home behind.

He takes to singing at a small Greek café within the city one evening. His voice reverberates off the walls, and for a few moments, the exhausted workers seem to forget their problems. An old man approaches him after the performance.

“Your voice reminds me of a different time,” he says. “When songs actually spoke the truth about people like us.”

The Rise of a New Voice

Word spreads fast. Soon, Nikos is performing in underground venues across Berlin, where migrants of all backgrounds—Greeks, Turks, Syrians, Italians—gather to listen. His music becomes a bridge between cultures, uniting those who feel lost in a foreign land.

But Nikos is not just reviving old songs. He starts writing his own music, blending the deep sorrow of rebetiko with modern urban sounds. His lyrics tell the stories of today's migrants, of young people trapped between two worlds, of workers crushed by an unfair system.

His songs go viral on social media, shared by thousands who see themselves in his music. But the mainstream music industry refuses to support him.

"People don’t want sad songs anymore," a producer tells him. "They want distractions, not reminders of their pain."

Nikos refuses to change. Like Kazantzidis, he believes that music should tell the truth, even when it hurts.

The Concert That Changed Everything

In the hope of being acknowledged, Nikos plans a free concert at Berlin’s main square as a tribute to the neglected workers. The authorities attempt to stop it, fearful of riots. Yet, on the night of the concert, an astonishing number of people show up.

Greece workers beside Turkish immigrants.

German learners with a taste for modern music.

Older men that recall listening to Kazantzidis on the radio.

When Nikos appears on stage, he notices their faces, worn out, hopeful and most importantly, eager for something to happen.

He starts with a powerful hum and then breaks into a song.

His voice is rough, but powerful and completely relentless.

The audience joins him for the ending. The song elevates like a tsunami, for a moment, erasing eras of suffering, affection, and aspiration. Similar to how Greeks chanted Kazantzidis' lyrics in remote factories, now a modern generation uses them in combination with Nikos’ voice.

The Legacy – The Power of Music Lives On

The concert is shut down by police. The media calls Nikos a troublemaker, a voice of "dangerous ideas."

But the music cannot be stopped. His songs continue to spread—through recordings, through whispered lyrics in underground bars, through the voices of workers who sing them after long shifts.

Years later, in a small café in Athens, a young girl listens to one of Nikos' songs. She doesn’t understand all the words, but she feels the pain, the passion, the truth.

And she picks up a guitar.

And just like that, the cycle begins again.

The world of opera has undergone a radical transformation. Artificial Intelligence has revolutionized music, with AI-generated voices capable of perfectly replicating any singer throughout history. In this technologically advanced world, a tech company announces its most ambitious project yet: "Callas AI," a digital recreation of Maria Callas. This AI is capable of performing new operas, giving virtual concerts, and even interacting with audiences. The world is captivated, with headlines proclaiming, "The greatest voice of all time has returned!" However, for Lena Kallisti, a 22-year-old opera student striving to establish her own name, this project is nothing short of a nightmare. Lena has dedicated her entire life to training, aiming to sing like Callas, meticulously studying every breath, every phrase, every emotion. But now, she is forced to watch as a machine threatens to take her place, seemingly effortlessly. Lena is invited to audition for a major opera house in Paris, an opportunity she has prepared for over years, believing it to be her chance to honor Callas by continuing her legacy. Yet, upon her arrival, she encounters a shocking reality: the main role will be performed not by a live singer, but by Callas AI. "We don't need human singers anymore," the director tells her, "The AI never makes mistakes. It's perfect." Lena understands then that Callas was never perfect. She possessed flaws, struggles, moments of brilliance intertwined with moments of doubt. This complex humanity is precisely what made her great. And now, that essential humanity is being erased, replaced by a flawless but ultimately hollow imitation. Determined to prove that real voices still hold value, Lena takes a significant risk. She collaborates with a group of rebellious musicians and artists to organize a secret, live opera performance, featuring real singers, not machines. The venue they choose is a hidden, underground theater, located beneath the ruins of an old opera house, a symbolic location steeped in history. On the night of the performance, word spreads rapidly. People, it turns out, are hungry for something real, something that embraces imperfection, passion, and raw emotion. The moment Lena steps onto the stage, she feels the immense weight of history upon her shoulders. This performance is about far more than her career; it is a battle for the very soul of music. She closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, and then, she sings. Her voice soars through the theater, filled with fire and fragility, beauty and imperfection - everything that the true Callas embodied. It is not a digital copy, it is not perfection, but it is truth. The performance goes viral, with millions watching clips of Lena's raw, emotional singing, and drawing direct comparisons to the flawless but undeniably lifeless Callas AI. A global debate ignites, centered on a fundamental question: Is art truly about perfection? Or is it ultimately about humanity? The tech company, in a desperate attempt to retain control, fights back, offering Lena a deal - she can sing, but only if they modify her voice using AI, smoothing out her perceived "flaws." However, Lena refuses. Like Callas before her, she chooses art over convenience, soul over a soulless perfection. Lena's rebellion sparks a global movement. People, awakened to the power of authentic expression, begin demanding real singers, real performances, real art. Years later, a young girl stumbles upon an old video of Lena's performance. Although she may not know the full history behind it, she feels something undeniably powerful in that voice. She stands in front of a mirror, takes a deep breath, and begins to sing. And just like that, the real Callas, not the AI recreation, but the very spirit of true artistry, lives on, carried forward by a new generation. The core message of this story is clear: art is fundamentally about emotion, not mere technical perfection; technology can never fully replace the soul of a human artist, and true artists will always fight for their voice, even when the world seems to prefer the allure of convenience and artificiality.

Piri Reis and the Whispering Compass

Piri Reis wasn't just any sailor; he had a compass that whispered secrets. Not loud, mind you, but a tiny, tinkling sound, like seashells clicking together. It would whisper directions, not just north, south, east, and west, but things like, "Turn where the water sings a different song," or "Follow the clouds that look like sleeping whales."

One day, the compass whispered, "Seek the island where the trees have eyes." Intrigued, Piri set sail. He sailed through waters that shimmered like rainbows and past islands where the birds sang backwards. Finally, he found it: an island with ancient, gnarled trees, and yes, their bark patterns really did look like eyes!

The trees weren't scary, though. They were wise. They told Piri stories of lands that had sunk beneath the waves and of creatures that lived in the deepest trenches of the sea. They showed him star maps that glowed in the dark.

Piri, with his whispering compass and the tree-eye stories, drew maps unlike any other. He included not just coastlines, but the songs of the sea, the shapes of the clouds, and the paths of the glowing stars. His maps weren't just for sailing; they were for dreaming.

People said his maps were magical. Some even said that if you listened closely, you could hear the trees' whispers in the rustling of the paper. Piri Reis showed everyone that the world was full of wonders, if you knew how to listen and look closely. And that sometimes, the most unusual things are the most amazing!

She grew up in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Istanbul and was educated in the best schools. She had thousands of followers on social media, appeared in parties, and cooperated with brands.

But despite all her flashy life, she felt something missing inside her. She grew up in his father's shadow, every decision was made by him. Although his surroundings were in luxury, he lacked true friendships and real emotions. She was also looking for her freedom.

One day, Şirin came to the construction site for her father's new skyscraper project. It was an official trip, she would take a few photos and share them on social media, increasing the prestige of her father's company.

Just as she was walking around the construction site, when she was about to get stuck in the cement spilled on the ground and fell, a hand grabbed her.

Ferhat.

“Be careful,” Ferhat said, with a slight smile.

When Şirin pulled up and looked at his face, it was the first time she felt that someone was really looking at her. Not just to his last name or his glittering life, but to him.

After that day, Şirin began to visit the construction more often. At first, she found excuses for herself by saying that she was interested in her father's project, but what really attracted her attention was Ferhat rather than the project.

Ferhat, on the other hand, was keeping his distance. He thought Şirin's world was too big for him. But over time, he saw the loneliness in her, the search for freedom. And he realized that no matter how different they were, they both really wanted to leave a mark on life.

However, in Istanbul, love was not always easy, especially for people from different worlds.

Şirin's family broke the apocalypse when she learned that she was spending time with a construction worker. His father said angrily, "In our world, people like that child are just employees, not grooms."

Ferhat was pressured. He was fired. He was blacklisted in his name. But she didn't give up.

Şirin also rebelled to her family. But he had to make a choice: Either he would live the life his family wanted or he would choose his own life.

Ferhat looked at Şirin and smiled. “We built our own lives.”

In the chaos of Istanbul, despite all the obstacles of the modern age, they found their love again.

The Legacy of the Sky

An announcement echoed through Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport:

"All passengers for TK 1934, please proceed to the boarding gate."

Asya Gökçen straightened the buttons on her pilot uniform and took a deep breath. Although it seemed like an ordinary flight, today was very special to her. She was about to take a flight from the airport named after her grandmother, Sabiha Gökçen, the first female combat pilot in Turkey, to Ankara, towards Anıtkabir. But there was more to this flight than just that—her grandfather, Kemal Gökçen, was with her.

Kemal Bey, now in his 90s, still had the spark in his eyes whenever he gazed at the sky. He had grown up as the adopted son of Sabiha Gökçen and had lived through her stories firsthand. He was taking a trip with a few precious belongings of hers to Anıtkabir. Inside his bag were her old flight jacket, a pilot’s goggles, and a small cufflink gifted to her by Atatürk. These items had borne witness to one of the most significant moments in the history of the Republic.

As they boarded the plane, Asya entered the cockpit. She exchanged a glance with her co-pilot. "Today will be a very special flight," she said with a smile.

The engines started, and the plane began to accelerate on the runway. In that moment, Asya’s heart raced as she thought about her grandmother’s first flight. In the 1930s, being a young woman rising into the sky was a monumental challenge. It took immense courage for a woman, especially as a military pilot, to be accepted in those times!

As the plane climbed, her grandfather, Kemal Bey, leaned against the window. His eyes misted over. Seeing his granddaughter sitting in the pilot’s seat reminded him of years long gone.

"Asya," he spoke into the radio, eager to hear his granddaughter’s voice.

"I’m here, Grandpa," Asya replied, smiling.

"If your grandmother were here, she would be proud of you."

Asya’s throat tightened, but she tried to keep her voice strong. "I’m trying to follow her path."

Kemal Bey smiled. "I know. And you are succeeding."

Just then, the plane entered sudden turbulence. They were gently shaken. Asya quickly checked the controls.

"Dear passengers, we’ve encountered a brief turbulence, but everything is under control."

Her co-pilot offered support, and the turbulence passed quickly, but Asya’s mind wandered back to her grandmother’s memories. Sabiha Gökçen had flown under much harsher conditions, sometimes without even the most basic navigation tools. Yet, she had never been afraid.

Once the flight stabilized, Asya made an announcement to the passengers:

"Dear passengers, this flight is very special to me. My grandmother was Turkey’s first female combat pilot. We are flying from the airport named after her, carrying some of her belongings to Anıtkabir. She wasn’t just a pilot; she proved to the world that women also have a place in the sky. Today, we remember her legacy on this flight."

The passengers responded with applause. Asya’s eyes welled up with tears.

As the plane descended, the lights of Ankara sparkled. The hill where Anıtkabir stood was visible even from a distance. The landing was successful, and Asya left the cockpit to meet her grandfather.

After leaving the airport, Kemal Bey and Asya set off towards Anıtkabir, carrying Sabiha Gökçen’s mementos, ready to present them to Atatürk’s resting place.

With great reverence, Kemal Bey handed over the items, whispering:

"Paşa, you gave her wings, and she conquered the skies."

Asya looked up at the sky. In that moment, she felt her grandmother watching over them. And she knew that her legacy lived not only in history books, but also in every plane that soared, in every young girl who looked up at the sky and felt the courage to dream.

The End.

Mahmud from Kashgar in Modern Times

In 2025, Mahmud from Kashgar is a professor in the field of language and science at a university in the modern world. However, Mahmud, 11. he is a scholar from the century and somehow took his place in this era by time traveling. With his deep knowledge in the field of Turkish language, culture and science, he teaches courses at one of the most respected universities in the world.

Mahmud emphasizes in his lectures that language is not only a means of communication, but also a system that carries the thinking structure, culture and scientific development of a people. It teaches its students that language contributes to scientific thinking and how linguistics plays an important role in the modern world.

One day, in class, one of his students asks Mahmud from Kashgar the following question:

"Teacher, how can we combine the ancient Turkish language and science with modern technology? How can understanding the evolution of language contribute to today's scientific studies?”

Mahmud answers his student's question by thinking:

"Language is not just about words. Language reflects the scientific ways of thinking, philosophy and historical process of a people. The Turkish language has a structure that shapes science from its roots. Today, by analyzing the structure of language with artificial intelligence and language processing technologies, we can integrate the scientific heritage of ancient languages into modern science. Every word is a reflection of a thought. This allows us to understand and use technology in a deeper way.”

Mahmud teaches the basics of modern language processing, artificial intelligence and data analysis to his students by studying the Turkish language and linguistic structures. His approach offers students a new perspective both to understand the evolution of language and to develop scientific thinking.

Mahmud from Kashgar undertakes many projects in the field of language and science in his studies at the university. In particular, he conducts projects that digitize ancient Turkish inscriptions and artifacts and investigate how this information coincides with modern science. In Mahmud's lectures, in-depth discussions are held on how the historical development of language and modern technology intersect.

One day, Mahmud gives a lesson to his students as follows:

“The scientific dimensions of the Turkish language and culture are beyond being just a historical curiosity. Language is the most fundamental key for science and for our understanding of the evolution of human thought. Technologies such as artificial intelligence and language processing allow us to move this past into the present. Analyzing ancient Turkish texts and language structures allows us to use technology more accurately and effectively today.”

The fame of Mahmud of Kashgar spreads rapidly. His work has been inspiring not only in the field of linguistics, but also in modern branches of science such as artificial intelligence, natural language processing and data analytics. Mahmud deepens the cultural and scientific meaning of language by Deconstructing the links between language and science.

As a result, Mahmud from Kashgar will resume his career in 2025 as a professor who introduces the scientific and cultural importance of language to the modern world. His lectures not only teach students the language, but also show how they can integrate scientific thinking and cultural heritage.

Orhan BEKTAŞ/Ayşenur CAL/Cumhuriyet Anatolian High School/Mevlana in Tokat Taşhan: A Writer at the Book Fair

A Writer at the Book Fair

It was a crisp morning in Tokat, and the sun's first rays bathed the city in a soft golden hue. The cobblestone streets of the old town were filled with the lively chatter of locals preparing for the day. But today was different—today was the opening of the much-anticipated book fair at Taşhan, a historic caravanserai that had witnessed centuries of travelers and traders.

Among the crowd of writers, poets, and readers, a figure stood out. He was not like any ordinary writer at the fair. His flowing robe and turban gave him an air of timelessness, while his gentle smile radiated warmth. His name was Mevlana, or as the world knew him, Rumi. But today, he was not the mystic poet of the 13th century; today, he was a writer at a modern book fair, his words as relevant as ever.

The Taşhan was a beautiful fusion of old and new. Its stone walls, heavy with the weight of history, embraced the vibrant colors of modern book covers, stacked neatly on tables. There were visitors of all ages: young children reading picture books, university students exploring new philosophies, and elderly readers recalling old poems.

Mevlana walked through the aisles, quietly observing the young writers signing their books, the readers discussing their favorite authors, and the air buzzing with the excitement of discovery. It felt like a dream to him—a world where books could travel across time and space, carrying messages that could transcend boundaries and touch souls.

At his own table, Mevlana had a few of his works displayed—though his books were not written in the traditional sense. Instead, his words had evolved into timeless reflections on love, unity, and the human spirit. "The Beloved," one of his most recent works, lay open, its pages filled with passages that invited readers to reflect on their connection to the divine and to each other.

A young woman approached his table. She had heard of Mevlana’s wisdom through the stories passed down through generations, but seeing him in person was an entirely different experience. She had grown up reading his poems, finding solace in his words during moments of despair. Yet, to her surprise, it was his presence that seemed to illuminate the space. There was an aura of peace surrounding him, as if the very act of being in his company brought a sense of calm.

"Your words have always guided me," the woman said, hesitantly picking up a copy of The Beloved.

Mevlana smiled, his eyes twinkling with the wisdom of ages. "Words are but the seed," he replied softly, "It is the heart that must water them for them to grow."

She looked at him, puzzled. "But how do we water the words? How do we allow them to grow within us?"

Mevlana gestured to the bustling fair, the conversations, and the people around them. "By listening. Not just with the ears, but with the heart. Each moment in life carries a lesson. Every person you meet is a reflection of your own soul. If you approach the world with love, then the world will reveal its deeper meaning."

The woman nodded slowly, feeling a sense of clarity wash over her. The words felt like an answer to something she had been searching for but had never quite understood. She thanked him, leaving the table with a new understanding, carrying Mevlana's message like a treasure in her heart.

As the day went on, Mevlana continued to meet people, young and old, and shared with them not just his poetry, but his vision of the world. He wasn’t just a poet from the past; he was a bridge between centuries, a timeless messenger who spoke of the unity that existed beyond the differences of time, culture, and religion.

In the bustling corners of the Taşhan, Mevlana found that his words were still alive, that they had the power to inspire and uplift. The book fair in Tokat, with its vibrant energy and passionate discussions, was a reminder that literature, art, and wisdom were eternal—connecting the past with the present, and shaping the future.

As the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the ancient stones of the caravanserai, Mevlana stood at the door of Taşhan, looking out at the horizon. The world was ever-changing, yet the essence of the human soul remained the same.

And in that moment, he knew that the journey of the heart—of love, connection, and understanding—was endless, just like the words he had written.

Evliya Çelebi in the Modern World

Evliya Çelebi awoke from his years-long slumber to find himself in an entirely different world. He struggled to recognize Istanbul. Enormous glass buildings stood alongside towering minarets, motorized ferries had replaced wooden boats gliding on the sea, and iron birds—airplanes—soared in the sky, leaving him in awe.

"What a strange time, what a peculiar era this is," he muttered to himself. "I thought I had completed the Seyahatname, but it seems the world has just begun to unfold!"

His first destination was the Galata Bridge. However, where fishermen once cast their nets, people now walked engrossed in their phones, paying no heed even to the seagulls. Introducing himself as Evliya, he attempted to share his story with a few individuals, but they mistook him for either an influencer or a street performer.

Sitting down at a café and ordering coffee, he was bewildered by the ornate latte placed before him. "Is this coffee, or a work of art?" he asked. The waiter smiled and replied, "This is how modern coffee is, Mr. Evliya."

With his adventurous spirit, Evliya Çelebi embraced the situation and decided to explore this new world. He watched vlogs about Istanbul, rode the metro, and upon seeing a drone, marveled, "What manner of creature is this small flying dragon?"

One night, while sitting by the Bosphorus, a tourist approached him and said, "I want to explore Istanbul; could you guide me?" Evliya laughed and replied, "I've walked every inch of this city; come, my friend, let me tell you about the scent of old Istanbul."

The tourist asked in astonishment, "So, why do you still wander?"

Evliya Çelebi smiled and said:

"The world changes, roads lengthen, but a traveler never stops. For every unknown city calls out to me."

And thus began Evliya Çelebi's new Seyahatname in the modern world.

In 2025 Zagreb, August Šenoa is no longer a 19th-century novelist but a sharp, principled investigative journalist and novelist chronicling a city fraying at the seams. Living in a cracked, unrenovated flat still bearing wounds from the 2020 earthquake, August sees the city not just shaken, but sold—bit by bit—to real estate moguls, political elites, and foreign investors.

Each week, he publishes searing essays and digital novellas blending fiction and truth, exposing corruption, social inequality, and cultural erasure. His latest project, The Glass City, mirrors his own world—a tale of tech billionaires rewriting history, and citizens forgetting who they are.

Though celebrated by youth and cultural circles, August is under pressure: threatened online, blacklisted from public media, and watched by silent eyes. But he keeps writing. He believes that stories—real or imagined—can still shake a city deeper than any quake.

Because, for August, the fight is not about nostalgia. It’s about memory, justice, and refusing to let silence win.

In the heart of Zagreb in the year 2025, a young inventor named Slavoljub Penkala worked tirelessly in a sleek tech startup, PenTech Innovations. But unlike his ancestor, who worked with graphite and rubber, Penkala was pioneering something even more futuristic: the SmartPenka, a digital writing device that could write on any surface—paper, glass, or even air—and instantly convert handwriting into digital text. It could translate languages in real time, store voice notes, and even help visually impaired people by reading aloud whatever it wrote.Driven by passion and inspired by his family's legacy, Penkala Jr. spent countless nights coding, testing prototypes, and drinking too much coffee. Investors didn’t take him seriously at first. “Just another gadget,” they said. But when a video of a blind girl writing her first poem with the SmartPenka went viral, the world took notice.Soon, classrooms across the globe were using his invention. Writers loved the fluidity, artists praised its precision, and even astronauts used it aboard the NASA to write in zero gravity. In the end, Penkala proved that even a simple idea—if driven by innovation and heart—can change the world

In a world where animation and artificial intelligence are highly prevalent, one man still stands at the forefront of the revolution. Dušan Vukotić, the founder of animation in the 20th century, has not disappeared into the past – in this story, he emerges as a digital innovator, a creative genius who transforms the way we perceive art today.

The year is 2054, and the world has long since surpassed the boundaries of traditional animation. People no longer draw frames one by one; artificial intelligence generates scenes in seconds, yet something is still missing. Dušan, who has transitioned into the digital world in a unique way, driven by the research of his devoted fans, realizes that modern technology lacks something crucial. He understands how soulless technology has become and how oversaturated the market is. Appalled by today's films, he firmly and confidently concludes that they lack what they once had – a soul. With a completely new identity, Vukotić launches a project that combines the classic principles of the Zagreb School of Animated Film with the capabilities of digital tools. His animated films are no longer just stories on a screen; they become interactive experiences where viewers can participate, immersing themselves in worlds shaped by his imagination. However, it is not all that simple. Large corporations want to exploit his talent and algorithms to create content devoid of artistic value, pure mass production, which Vukotić strongly opposes. Using his sharp humor and creative spirit, he outsmarts the system by creating the first autonomous AI animation program that does not merely copy but learns like a true artist. His goal is to return art to the people, rather than allowing it to become a soulless product. His latest project, inspired by his Oscar-winning film Surogat, explores the question of identity in the digital age. Through an interactive film, viewers choose how they want to shape their digital avatars, only to soon realize that their choices reflect who they truly are rather than what they wish to present to the world.

Dušan Vukotić, now a cyber persona, never stops creating. His vision of animation continues to thrive, and his legacy becomes a bridge between the past and the future, proving that true art never becomes obsolete , it merely finds new forms of expression.

In modern day Ogulin, in a cozy apartment filled with books and glowing screens, lived Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić (not the historical figure we know, but Ivana reborn in the 21st century). Though the world around her buzzed with smartphones, social media, and fast-paced life, Ivana remained deeply inspired by the magic of Slavic mythology. In the daytime she taught Croatian at a high school, encouraging her students to find magic in everyday life. In the nighttime she wrote enchanted stories on her laptop. Her blog, "Modern tales of the forest", gained thousands of followers in just a few months. Children and adults together were enchanted by her digital fairy tales, where ancient beings like Stribor and Kosjenka explored city parks, went on adventures, and solved environmental problems. One day, a popular game developer read her blog and contacted her. Together they created an interactive story app where users could step into Ivana's magical world. It was a hit. Kids across the world learned about Slavic folklore and culture through their phones, just as past generations had through her books.Though she lived in an era of hashtags and virtual meetings, Ivana’s mission remained the same: to awaken imagination, preserve tradition, and remind people, especially the young, that wonder and magic still exist, even in a modern world.

Everyone in the city knew the rules. Don’t talk back. Don’t ask questions. And definitely don’t joke about the government. That’s why Marko noticed the videos. They weren’t like the usual boring ads or fake-perfect influencers. These were different. Weird. Funny. One showed the mayor trying to plug in a USB but missing every time. Another showed a rich tech guy slipping on a pile of gold bars while yelling “I care about the people!” Nobody knew where the videos came from. They just appeared, in games, on smartboards, even on vending machines. Teachers said it was “inappropriate digital behavior.” The news said it was a “threat.” Marko thought it was awesome. He started collecting them. Saving every clip he could before they disappeared. And every time, the same symbol showed up at the end: a small, glitchy mask, half laughing, half serious. Some kids said it was a hacker. Some said it was a group. But Marko thought… maybe it was just one person. A person who was brave enough to make fun of the people in charge. To say things out loud, even if no one else would. One night, Marko’s school projector glitched during a history test. The lights flickered. A video started playing. It was a play. Old-fashioned, with actors in masks. But the story was about now, about cameras, lies, and someone who used laughter as a weapon. No one moved. Even the teacher watched.

Then it was gone.

Just static.

Marko smiled.

He didn’t know who the glitchy man was. But somewhere, out there, someone was telling the truth, and making people laugh while doing it.

Barbato was an ordinary boy, born in a small mountain town where time seemed frozen among old stones and the ringing of church bells. But his heart was restless—he longed for meaning, direction, a mission.

He left for the Middle East with a humanitarian group, carrying only a Bible, a backpack, and a faith stronger than his fears. There, among the ruins of forgotten villages and the smiles of children playing in the dust, he discovered the true face of courage: the one that heals, protects, and listens.

He met Layla, who spoke five languages and had eyes filled with the strength of someone who had seen too much. Together, they rebuilt schools, delivered medicine, and told stories to the little ones. And between words and glances, love bloomed.

One day, an old monk entrusted him with a small thorn—an ancient relic kept in the walls of an abandoned monastery. “Bring it home,” he said. “It’s not just an object. It’s memory, it’s hope, it’s prayer.”

The journey back was hard: two of the thorns were confiscated by authorities, labeled as “international cultural property.” Only one made it through. But it was enough.

In Cusano, the thorn was welcomed with respect and silence. No one asked for miracles, but something changed: young people returned to the church, elders told stories never shared before, and the bells rang by themselves on a summer evening.

Barbato never sought glory. But his story—made of quiet steps and simple acts—became a legacy. Because even today, in a noisy and distracted world, a single thorn is enough to remind us that true faith does not shout, it shines.

Originally created by Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić in the story Regoč, Kosjenka is a tiny, clever fairy with a big heart—small in size but mighty in spirit. In today’s world, she still shines, not in the ancient ruins of cities long past, but in the cracks of modern life where kindness, wisdom, and courage are needed most.

In this reimagining, Kosjenka lives in a green pocket of a sprawling metropolis. She’s an urban ecologist, community organizer, and digital storyteller. Instead of riding birds across skies, she uses drones to map forest loss and creates educational games that teach children to care for the planet. Her mission? To help people reconnect—with nature, with each other, and with the values that truly matter.

Her challenges are no longer mythical giants, but climate change, misinformation, and greed dressed up as progress. And yet, like in the original story, she meets them not with force, but with clarity, compassion, and action. She helps communities recover after floods, fights for clean air and green spaces, and preserves endangered knowledge—just as she once saved a city from destruction through bravery and insight.

Kosjenka reminds us that real strength isn’t in size or power, but in knowing what’s right and acting on it. She’s the same fairy—just with a smartphone, solar panels, and a mission for the world we live in now.

Once a ghostly figure haunting the narrow alleys of a small Italian town, now it had become something far more dangerous—an urban myth spread across the global internet.

Elena, a young cybersecurity expert based in New York, stumbled upon the Nzilla while researching strange cyberattacks linked to folklore-themed hacker groups. The attacks were targeted at youth communities worldwide, especially those active on social media platforms and online gaming.

The Nzilla wasn’t just a ghost anymore—it was a digital specter. A shadowy AI entity born from ancient fear, fed by modern paranoia and collective anxieties of disobedient youth, social media addiction, and cyberbullying. It appeared in the form of a glitchy avatar during livestreams, hacking devices, and locking screens with cryptic messages in Neapolitan dialect.

Elena discovered that the Nzilla’s attacks were a warning: a call to remember the old values of respect, community, and self-awareness in a world drowning in virtual distractions.

The year is 2025. Solopaca is no longer a village, but a labyrinth of digitalized alleys and crumbling houses, swallowed up by the northern outskirts of Naples. Here, Antonio Di Santo, twenty years old with a penchant for ethical hacking, is already an urban legend. He's not a "rebel" in the classical sense; his rebellion manifests in code, data breaches, and uncomfortable revelations. While his peers dream of careers as influencers or app developers, Antonio wants only to protect his digital "Village": the online community of Solopaca, threatened by increasingly aggressive botnets and phishing schemes that drain the savings of the most vulnerable. For this reason, he clashes relentlessly with anyone who tries to exploit his people.

His first real challenge comes from Gregorio Olivieri, a notorious streamer and "influencer" of cybercrime, who with his crew, the "Taburno Clan", is monopolizing the black market of personal data in Solopaca. Gregorio, a charismatic but ruthless figure, has made a fortune selling stolen identities and managing illegal online casinos. Antonio, despite not having his resources, publicly challenges him to a "cyber-battle" broadcast live on the dark web: a duel of DDoS attacks and cryptography. Gregorio, confident of winning, is humiliated live worldwide by Antonio, who exposes his vulnerabilities and disables his infrastructure. From that day on, the name "Antonio Di Santo" becomes a warning to anyone who tries to be a digital "bully

".But Maresca doesn't forget. The Maresca family, no longer a clan of smugglers, but a tentacled organization specializing in cryptocurrency laundering and digital extortion, enters the game. After Gregorio's downfall, Maresca intensifies its pressure on Solopaca, seeking to transform it into a central hub for their illegal mining and NFT scam operations. Antonio is their problem. He's the "troublemaker" who blocks their operations, who alerts the victims. Maresca tries to "neutralize" him with targeted hacker attacks and real threats, but Antonio, with his network of "digital brigands", defends his community byte by byte. The hunt continues.

The special unit "CyberMarzano", a department of the Postal Police led by the charismatic and obsessive Inspector Marzano, is on Antonio's trail. Marzano, who has seen several operations against Maresca fail due to Antonio's "interference", considers him a criminal just like them. One day, a targeted ransomware attack forces Antonio to return home, and Marzano seizes the opportunity. Surrounded by surveillance drones and agents with night vision goggles, Antonio finds himself cornered. He surrenders, but not before encrypting and deleting all his digital tracks, leaving Marzano with a handful of dust.

The prison is now a high-security "digital reeducation facility". Antonio, with his brilliant mind, discovers the flaws in the prison's security system and, with the help of other inmates skilled in social engineering and reverse engineering, orchestrates a virtual escape. It's not a physical escape, but an escalation of cyber attacks that paralyze the prison network, allowing him and others to "disappear" from digital records and access strategic escape points. The escape is a masterpiece of coordination and ingenuity, demonstrating once again his skills.

Once free, Antonio doesn't stop. He reunites with his old companions of "digital brigandage" and plans a "new Mission". It's not just for Solopaca; it's for the entire network. His goal: to unmask digital crime organizations, defend user privacy, and create a more secure and free network. Antonio Di Santo, the "digital brigand" of 2025, is back. And this time, his battle is for the entire Internet.

In 2025, in the vibrant city of Naples, lives Stefano C., a young digital philosophy professor. Born in a small village in Southern Italy, Stefano rose from humble beginnings. He spent years immersed in online archives and ancient texts, studying with the same fervor that once drove the great thinkers of the 19th century.

Stefano gained viral fame through social media, especially TikTok, where he breaks down the complex ideas of Plato and Hegel into compelling, 60-second clips. His charm lies in his ability to make idealist philosophy feel relevant in a world driven by algorithms and instant gratification.

Despite his popularity, Stefano remains focused. He challenges a school system that undervalues critical thinking and philosophical depth. He teaches at a local university and runs a grassroots initiative to bring philosophy workshops to underserved communities. His debates, both online and in real life, are passionate and intense—so much so that they begin to take a toll on his health.

Stefano is supported by Teresa, a software engineer and activist, who believes deeply in his mission. His mentor, Professor Basili, once an old-school literature teacher, now serves as a digital consultant, helping him adapt classic texts to modern platforms.

His big moment comes when he speaks at the International Congress of Digital Humanists, where his fiery speech on the dangers of dehumanized technology captivates the world.

Yet, behind the screen, Stefano is burning out. His obsession with preserving truth and culture in a fast-moving world becomes his greatest strength—and his deepest vulnerability.

Moral of the Story

Stefano’s journey reminds us that intellectual passion and cultural integrity still matter in a digitized age. Even when the world seems to favor noise over depth, the pursuit of truth can cut through—and inspire generations.

In the quiet village of San Lupo, nestled in the hills of southern Italy, the legend of the Janara still whispers through the narrow streets — but today, her story has a new meaning.

Long ago, the Janara was feared as a witch: a woman who flew at night, whispered curses, and brought misfortune. People blamed her for things they could not explain — illness, bad harvests, lost children. And so, many innocent women were judged, outcast, and even killed, simply for being different.

But what if the Janara wasn’t a witch?

What if she was a wise woman, who understood herbs and healing? Or a free spirit, who didn’t follow the rules of a strict, male-dominated society? Maybe she was just someone who spoke out, lived alone, or refused to marry — and that was enough to make people afraid.

Today, the Janara is no longer a monster in the night. She has become a symbol of misunderstood women, of strength, independence, and resilience. She reminds us that fear of the unknown often leads to injustice — and that we must learn from the past.

In a time where misinformation spreads quickly, and people are still judged for being different, the story of the Janara teaches us to be curious, not afraid. To ask questions, not to accuse. To protect, not to persecute.

Parthenope: a modern myth

In a city kissed by the sea, where sunlight dances on ancient stones and scooters hum through narrow alleys, she returned.

Her name was Parthenope.

No longer a mythical siren of the waves, she walked now in human form—barefoot on the cracked pavement of Naples, her voice hidden beneath the sounds of the city. She wore a long coat the color of the sea before a storm, and her eyes shimmered like saltwater under streetlights.

Long ago, she had thrown herself into the sea out of love unreturned, her song lost to the depths. But the sea had never forgotten her. It sent her back, centuries later, as a girl with music in her blood and sorrow in her chest.

Parthenope became a street musician. Her voice—soft, haunting, filled with centuries of longing—drew crowds in the Spanish Quarter, on the lungomare, and near the ruins of old castles. Her melodies felt ancient, though no one could place them. People cried without knowing why.

She never spoke. Only sang.

Rumors grew. Some said she was a ghost. Others believed she was a goddess reborn, protecting Naples from forgetfulness. And though she lived among them, sleeping in abandoned churches or under the stars, no one truly knew her.

Then, one evening, as the sun bled gold over the bay, she disappeared.

All that remained was a conch shell on a bench by the sea—and from it, if you listened closely, you could still hear her voice.

Now, whenever the wind picks up along the coast, and waves crash against the rocks of Castel dell’Ovo, people stop and listen. Because they say that Parthenope never really left—she just became the song of the city.

She always thought about the meaning of life. What was that? That question invited religious and spiritual answers. But it was also a problem that philosophers tried to approach systematically. At last, she found meaning in the self’s ability to connect the temporal to the eternal by facing up to a universe devoid of objective purpose.

Vatroslav Lisinski in the modern world

Vatroslav Lisinski, a Croatian composer, activist that earned his spot in the afterlife where he slept peacefully came back to see how the world has changed. Did he help change the world? Have people heard of him? Is he important? The man was curious and who could blame him?

Lisinski walked around the busy streets of Zagreb, amazed by the modern buildings and statues. He came across a large square-shaped building with huge windows. He saw a group of people, tourists walking in and he had to join them, curious to hear about this building.

“Well, this is it. Welcome all to the Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski. This beauty was opened way back in 1973 and was named after the brilliant composer that sadly never managed to see it.” The tourist guide said, gesturing with her hands while speaking. Lisinski felt his heart melt, knowing that he was important enough to have his own concert hall.

Lisinski noticed that most of the tourists weren’t listening, paying more attention to small black devices in their hands. He frowned, wondering what could be more important than being in a place where music was performed. It was the 21st century and people were uncultured, not knowing how to appreciate art. It sickened him.

Lisinski continued following the group, even when they stepped out into the streets of Zagreb. “Sir, I’m sorry to bother you but do you have any spare change? I haven’t eaten in days.” A man in rags came up to him, to beg. If he had any money, he would’ve given him some. Lisinski knew what it was like to have no food; he forced himself to live off of soup and a bread roll each day so he could afford to do the thing he loved the most.

A tourist scoffed at the beggar, standing between him and Lisinski. “Go away, filthy thief. You just couldn’t wait for us to come visit your town so you can steal our money. Go get a job, parasite!” The tourist pushed the man, scaring him off. Lisinski stared, jaw dropped. People were cruel in his time but he thought they would’ve changed by now.

“Are you alright? Oh, I just hate how these people act. I expected better since they’re in Europe. I just want to have a normal outing with my friends where I can go drink without people coming to me with their sob stories! You haven’t eaten nothing but soup? That’s not my problem. I don’t understand why they can’t get normal jobs instead of trying to live off of us, better people, like leeches.” Lisinski couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

“Oh, you’re so right, girl!” Another tourist joined them. “My sister is letting her kids go to music school and I just know they’ll end up like these people. I told her she should think about their futures but no, she wants them to follow their dreams or whatever.”

Lisinski turned to the second tourist, speaking up for the first time. “Pardon me, madam, but why is it a bad thing if those children wish to become musicians and learn how to create music?” He asked politely. “Oh, it’s really simple, you see. Musicians are easily replaced by technology. You can just use AI to make songs.” “AI?” The tourist looked at him, her eyebrow raised. “Yeah, AI. Artificial intelligence. You can ask it to generate a song, and it will use some samples from existing songs and make something new! Isn’t that amazing? Ariana Grande and other famous singers won’t have to worry about wasting time making music. They can sit back and relax while their phones do all the work! Isn’t that amazing?”

Lisinski put his head in his hands, trying to take all of this information in. So, people are fine with this so-called, AI, stealing from songs to make some kind of combination? Is this what the world is like? “May I hear one of these.. ‘songs’?” The tourist pulled out her device, hitting it with her fingers. She brought it up to his ear, the device playing a song. The song sounded human, almost human. There were some weird harmonies that didn’t fit in at all. Awkward notes and lyrics that were utter nonsense!

“Not only that, but you can use AI to do anything! My kids use it all the time to write their homework and assignments! I don’t have to help them at all.”

Lisinski took one look at the device and slapped it out of her hands, the thing breaking easily on the ground. “This is dreadful! Awfully dreadful! It appalls me how you and the rest of the world are letting this happen! This ‘AI’ of yours does nothing but steal real hard work. And you let your children use it so you don’t need to raise them? Tell me, ma’am, where did you get the audacity to give your sister advice on how to raise her children? This is preposterous, absurd!”

Lisinski left, disappearing from the world while questioning where it had all gone wrong. The future was supposed to be better, the people were supposed to be better. He was so happy at first when he went down there but now, he was unsure. He was scared. Scared for the future of music, of art. He was scared for the future of humanity.

Marcella Tammaro / Lorenzo Pascale / Istituto Paritario Luigi Sodo / Giovanni "The Wolf": The Contemporary Myth of Sannio

Giovanni Ferrara, aka "The Wolf," wasn't just any guy. Born in a remote village nestled among the majestic Sannio peaks, he grew up on a diet of legends, a son of shepherds and guardians of ancient traditions. This stuff shaped his mind, igniting his imagination and honing an uncanny shrewdness. Even as a kid, he was amazing at navigating the most absurd situations, and his knack for trouble – or opportunity – had already made him a local celebrity.

"The Wolf's" Rise: From Outlaw to Icon

Poverty, the real kind, pushed him into the arms of banditry. But Giovanni wasn't just another bandit; with lion-like courage and a razor-sharp mind, he rapidly climbed the ranks, becoming one of the most feared and respected leaders in the area. Rumor had it he had some kind of connection to dark forces, or that he was driven by a vision, especially after finding a "quadratura" (square) carved into a rock. An enigmatic symbol, almost like a historical QR code, pointing to a treasure only mentioned in old stories.

Treasure Hunt: The Lost Map and Sleepless Nights

Giovanni didn't sleep, literally. His nights were an endless loop of searching: explored caves, mapped secret passages, often with his most trusted crew in tow. Legend has it he possessed a fragmented map, passed down from a dying bandit who'd found it in a hidden lair. "The Wolf" was obsessed: that number carved into the rock, he was certain, was the password to unlock the treasure's mystery.

The Final Escape: The Farewell and the Etched Secret

When authorities began to close in on his hideout, Giovanni played his last card. Before falling into the hands of the law, he hid his loot and, like a time capsule, left a cryptic message—a symbol carved into the rock. His final warning: only those with a pure heart and true "brainpower" would have a chance to find the treasure.

"The Wolf's" Legacy: A Treasure to Unravel

His end didn't mark the end, but a new beginning for his legend. They say his spirit still lingers there, among the mountains, guarding his stash. Even today, the Valle di Cusano Mutri is a destination for adventurers and the curious, seeking to decipher the enigma, hoping that this treasure isn't just wealth, but a true "cheat code" for a new life.
