¨U.S. laws that kept blacks from having equal rights were named Jim Crow¨ written by National Geographic the people who are the victim are the black people who are getting treated differently by Jim Crow Law. Black people didn't have the same rights as white people because of Jim Crow Laws. Jim crow law gave black people a hard time because colored people couldn't drink at the same water fountain as white people. If colored people didn't respect or refused the law them they would get arrested.
